McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

I went throgh drive thru and ordered last on window 1 was very nice she simply made a mistake with my order because when I got to window 2 I was missing a mcchicken combo but I explained to the last at 2nd window was no sorry or anything no sympathy just said I wasnt charged for it like I'm the cashier and she came off like ok well do you want it or not because you wasnt ch charged for it I needed it how can I go home with food for 1 person and not 2 so got it she asked if I could move to stop sign I told her I was in a rush i would think mcchicken and fries would be in rotation at this time but i waited she didnt take too long she charged me 2.70 i asked if she was sure she said yes so i dont encounter any more problems then I'm thinking she will apologize when she came to give me my food and nope asked for my change she said actually it was more so i just left with a bad taste in my mouth from this location especially in these times they are lucky to receive money. Anyone can make mistakes we are all human but they did not resolve it the way I expected.Also there shake frappe icecream machines wasnt working and then my hi c tastes like water soooooooo...

Doesnt deserve a star....not the worker, but the restaurant itself I was in the drive thru for 27 minutes then when I got my food it wasn't even right and I had to get out of my car and knock on the window to get an extra french fry that was not in my bag and just to get the French fry that I ordered took another 15 minutes. While I sat there and waited for the cashier to bring my French fries out the car behind me got their food and left. Note to this McDonald's if you're going to have your restaurant open please have more than one person working no matter what time of the day or night it is I showed up at around 11 and didn't get out of the drive-thru until about 11:45 . This is a fast food restaurant for a reason if I wanted to spend that long waiting for my food I would have went into a restaurant and sat down what makes this worse is I also had my one year old sitting in the car while I was standing outside of my car at the drive-through door knocking and trying to get the...

When ordering online thru the McDonald's App, it's states 24 hours but they close and I came by on Jan 5th at 315am ordered my food 10 minutes prior on the app wh8 Ich let me use a deal buy one get one free mcnuggets. When I arrive at the menu the latin accept guy says we're joy taking any orders at the moment we're closed. I replied back yall did same thing 2 weeks prior at 4a due to computers restarting I get that, but again an hour earlier on another day. I'll be going back by to talk to the manager about this because they n3leed to turn off online ordering if your store is closed. Not advertising 24 hours. I worked at a fast food restaurant I understand the computer restarting but stating you're closed when the sign and menu are lit up at 315a.
