Why does it seem like McDonald's only hires Hispanics ?? Not one person has on the name tag so I can't even identify the Mexican lady who is at the front register who is extremely rude yet nice as hell to the Spanish people. I had to ask twice for my large cup. Instead of asking will that be all for you today I was ask what else I wanted like what I ordered was not enough for them.. it would be nice if people were trained with proper etiquette.. I was in the restaurant for about 20 minutes and saw at least 10 people come in that went through the drive-thru with their orders wrong. Very very very poor order accuracy.. and why have a dollar breakfast menu if you only have one sandwich on it.. wasn't even thanked for my order, or told you have a nice day so it's been a week since I've call about my application and was told to call back after 9:30 am so I call 8 times and no-one ever answered the phone so I went in to talk with the GM and after interviewing a Hispanic lady I was told that she had to leave...the next day I went in and the GM delivered my food to me and said nothing about my application or giving me an interview...i am here today it's May 25 2019 and I see at least 3 new hires and they are all Hispanic..so I will be filling a...
Read moreHonestly, I don’t love McDonalds.. it is a terrible choice that I make late at night, BUT not tonight, and MAYBE I should actually thank them for that. I went to the drive thru after ordering in the app (it’s my Birthday and I just wanted some “chicken” nuggets) I was told they were closed for a system update. I told the woman working the drive thru that I had an online order and asked her if I would be charged for this order since I was not able to receive it…she said, “Honestly, I do not know, but there is nothing I can do for you”. Oh, ok! She did, however, let me know it would only be 30 minutes. I live 2 minutes away so I went home and called the restaurant to confirm when they would be back online at the “24 hour” restaurant and able to sell food..a man answered the phone and said they would be up and running in 15 minutes. I set a timer for 20 minutes and drove back 5 minutes after the timer went off only to be told the system was STILL down but they could, conveniently, take cash… The system SHOULD be back up for mobile and credit card orders in 20 minutes. So, The “24 Hour McDonalds” is actually a 22 1/2 hour, AT BEST, McDonald’s. Good luck getting your terribly bad for you 3am...
Read moreIt's a 24 hour mcdonalds. They're good at what they do. They might not get to you very quickly if youre alone in the lobby but they'll get to you and get your order right in my experiences. The drive thru lane has a raised curb border that traps you inside of it, which literally cost me the suspension of my Doordash account because I saw in there too long waiting for an UberEATS McDonald's order that I wanted to cancel but couldn't because A) too many cancellations will get you banned from that platform too, and B) My car is trapped in there by the vehicles in front and behind me and the barriers to the sides of me, so I had no choice but to wonder what the heck was going on 5 vehicles ahead of me for 25 minutes at 3:00 AM and to watch my Doordash get angrier and angrier, BUT it was my own fault for trusting any fast food drive thru at 3 AM to be reasonably quick while I was one "contract violation" away from termination on the DoorDash platform. At least I didn't also lose my UberEATS account to this McDonalds; that was killed a few days later by the Taco Bell next to Cityplace taking a whole-A hour on their customers one...
