Almost all cashiers in the drive-thru have horrible customer service skills. They are annoyed at normal requests like no onions, or no lettuce, and they get upset if you ask for ketchup, sauces, and napkins, which they have left out. I say please and thank you. They roll their eyes, slam the window, and walk away. I have been to this location a few occasions, and I try to avoid it and only visit if it's the quickest low cost option.
The tall man who works nights hates working there so much that he feels like every aspect of the transaction, from the time you pull up, till it's time to go, he has to go out of his way to make you suffer by making it extremely difficult on you. Nobody will be in line, and he makes you wait 10 minutes before taking your order. He rushes you, and ignores details. You go to pay, and he gives the wrong price, and is annoyed at any corrections. He needs to be fired. Complaint will be filed with corporate today. Downwright unacceptable.
I understand this job pays low, and customers are rude. I get it. But when people show respect and good manners, show some customer service skills. I used to work the drive through in fast food. It sucks, but it doesn't cost you anything to say, "thank you, have a great day, sure I'll get you some BBQ sauce, no problem, or you're welcome."
Message for owner/management/corporate: emphasize customer service skills. It's not enough to take the order, take cash, give change, and give food. Their job is also to provide...
Read moreEvery single time I come here there is SOMETHING.
The first time, my order was wrong. Annoying, but not the end of the world.
The next time, it took them 6 tries to get my order right at the drive through. The order? Two small fries and two medium diet cokes. Don't really know what went wrong there.
The third time, they were only taking cash. Infuriating, considering I waited in line for 10 mins only to pull up to the speaker where they said "cash only," but, again, not the end of the world.
The FOURTH time, they were out of M&Ms for McFlurries. Big surprise there.
Finally, today, after a long day at work and a 2.5 hour commute, I pop in to get a dessert. Low and behold, the ice cream is out.
"But how can you remember all of this?" Because these are the ONLY times I have been to this establishment, and when they keep having issues, you start to see a pattern and take notes.
Staff are always rude. I am always cut off before I can finish speaking. And the one time I wasn't cut off during my order and was able to say everything completely, the guy made me repeat myself three times. I don't get it.
I am obviously writing this out of anger, but this establishment is truly a disgrace and I cannot believe a billion dollar company has these issues as...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience. I repeated my order twice to ensure that my coffee and egg and cheese biscuit were correct. I confirmed with the drive-thru attendant that I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit, without sausage or bacon. However, upon reaching the window, I received a biscuit with sausage.
I informed the lady at the window that my order was incorrect and needed to be corrected. She acknowledged the mistake, and I requested a fresh sandwich since I do not eat sausage. Instead of preparing a new one, they simply removed the sausage from the same sandwich and handed it back to me. The eggs still had sausage juice on them and smelled like sausage.
I showed this to the lady at the counter and asked her to look and smell it. She realized they had made the same mistake twice. This is unacceptable and indicates a need for proper training. There are customers who are vegetarian or have allergies to certain meats.
The counter lady mentioned that the manager's name is Monica, and this all happened in her presence. I am writing this review to bring to management's attention that what they did was extremely low...
