It's cool if you don't speak Spanish, or very little, cause when you put this food in your mouth you're going to be transported to El Salvador. Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS. It was def a hole in the wall, and in all honesty, if you're hoity toity needing the restaurant to be 100% modern, stay away. This gem is precious and the women are amazing. The food is different and made fresh. Note that the horchada is not like Mexican horchada, it has a little different spices but still tastes great.

Very tasty Pupusas de chicharon! I ordered 6 which is 3-4 too many because I’m stuffed. The place is half a store but they make very tasty Pupusas on demand and it’s a brief walk from Bishop Arts on Jefferson!

The pupusas are SO good. My Spanish is just awful and they are very kind about it. The food is made when you order it so sometimes it takes a while but it’s very worth the wait.

This was my first and last time coming here. Honesty matters to customers!!! Be sure to double-check the prices on the menu, or you might get overcharged.

Today, I caught them trying to charge me $3.50 per pupusa instead of the listed $2. When I questioned it, the lady claimed a “new” menu was on its way but hadn’t arrived yet. That excuse doesn’t cut it. I don’t mind paying fair prices for food, but once you’re caught in a lie, I refuse to pay extra.

Be very careful if you eat here. This has happened to me before at another Salvadoran restaurant, so now I always check the menu prices. Sadly, some places try to fool you just to squeeze out a few extra dollars. Dishonesty like this is...

I'm sorry but if you have posted to close at seven and when we arrive before 6, then are made to feel like we are a imposition instead of a customer, that kind of ruined the eve. Water brought in a Styrofoam cup no ice, and soda in a can, well thank God the food is good. May be our last time and we have been here several...
