Mi Pueblito — Restaurant in Dallas

RUDE RUDE ! Used to order from here a lot but it's been a while and on my LAST visit I got treated horribly ! There was no one at the register (saw the cashier in her car smoking when I arrived) when I came in the young guy / cook came out from the back an I asked about ordering burritos to go! His only response was ''NUH'' to every question I asked ! About half way through me ATTEMPTING to communicate with this RUDE cook the actual cashier returned from her smoke break, spoke to him and he responded to her in plain language yet for some reason he returned to still only responding to me with "NUH" . Still not even sure what this meant exactly other than being difficult/disrespectful . Won't...

The menudo was bland not really much flavor just strong jalapeño flavor.. like they gave me the bottom of the batch hardly any meat.. and it took freakin 40 minutes to get 2 orders to go.. but they served people who showed up and ordered after we did their menudo… when I asked the gentleman where our food was he said “they are preparing the onions and cilantro” as long as it took you’d think they were still growing em in the back! Dude in the front was cool and apologized for the wait but just wasn’t worth it...

Customer service experience was horrible. I placed an to go order. I was informed of one price. However, when I checked out, the prices on the receipt reflected different/higher. They stated the price had increase in a matter of 5 minutes, it is what it is, and their was nothing they could do. The principle to this matter, is do not lie to the customers to attempt to get additional money from them. I will not...
