I arrived at the restaraunt @9:41. I eventually got to the window at 10:48. Once at the window I was told that due to the restaraunt closing I couldn't get the chicken sandwich I waited for over an hour for. So I proceed to change my order, and I ordered 3 piece special with 2 sides of red beans and rice and a popcorn shrimp combo with fries and a side of red beans and rice, although I felt my food should have been made. Once to the window the lady was VERY rude and after waiting on additional 12-3 min (11:01) I recieved my order. I pulled off while actively checking my food. I look in the bag and I was given a chicken strip and jumbo shrimp combo. They'd buried the strips and shrimps in fries hoping I didn't notice. So I go back and the link has 6 people and I'm not waiting another second. I proceed to bang on the door in which I was ignored so I walked to the window. I let her know that wasn't my order and i also hadn't received my 3 piece. She slams the window and proceed to fix my order. While there I witnessed her being rude to other customers as well. At 11:11 I recieve my meal and I walk off to my car. Once in my car I noticed I was given 6 jumbo shrimp and about 6 French fries. So get back in the line behind 4 cars and wait an additional 10 min before getting to the window. I let her know my issue and she grabs the plate. I wait for 8 min to recieve my bag which contained ONLY SHRIMP! Where are my fries!???? She put her hand on her head and order the cooks to make my fries so I wait another 5-6 min for fries! Finally leaving at 11:37!!!! 2 hours for fast foo is crazy! And not to mention my kids were at home waiting to eat this...
Read moreThis has got to be the worst Popeye's on the planet and I'm serious. It seems as if they're just they just don't care. It seems to me that if you tell them what you want and you go to the window and you ask the cashier to repeat the order back to you and she repeated back to you word for word then you get your food and get home and There's nothing in there that you ordered I mean I don't understand it. I understand it's fast food and the thing that drives fast food is speed & service but what about the accuracy of the order. So you return the food back to the store and now they have an attitude as if you did something wrong. And I'm one of those people that if I take something back I don't want nothing else from that store at that time because I don't believe in eating food from someone that is angry with me. There is no compensation for your time that you had to spend driving home realizing that you order is wrong and then driving back on it to be mistreated again there has to be something done about this and when you called customer service it's just like you wasting your time because they don't even care they say they would do something about it but it always stays the same. This was the most horrific experience I’ve encountered at a fast food restaurant. I tried to attach a picture of the broken speaker in the drive through with “out of stock” taped to numerous items. From the time I entered the drive through line until I received my order exceeded 30 minutes. The only reason that I didn’t leave was because of the time I had already spent in line. After I purchased my food, the shift leader, from the Ross store, informed me that no receipt was available. When I told him, I was reporting my poor experience, he said, “Do whatever you have to do I work at the Ross store. I’m just here helping out.” He proceeded to tell his coworkers, “That’s why I don’t like working over here. The people are ugh! They can close this “ho” store for all I care.” You have forever lost me as a customer, because the corporation has allowed this store to completely rundown and obviously, there is no standard for employee etiquette, store upkeep or regard for your customers or maybe not in a predominantly...
