I visited this location tonight expecting the same typical Service as usual through the drive-thru. Payed for my order with polite service from the staff and drove back home. Upon arriving home I found that my order was incorrect. I diligently drove back to the location to have my order corrected before closing time. Although it was 15 minutes before closing, I arrived at this location to a ghost town. I did not get any response from the drive-thru speaker or at the window. I pulled up to the front of the location to see if there was any staff inside. To my surprise there was no one to be found. My concern was that this location possibly may have been robbed due to the fact that there was no movement of Staff within this location. I drove back through the drive-thru out of curiosity. When I received no response I parked back out front out of concern to wait in case of the need to call the authorities. But to my surprise the employees that were on the clock surfaced from what I can only expect to be the supervisor on duty vehicle. The whole time the staff was sitting in his car watching me waiting and parked out front of the location. As they walked into the location they showed no sign of concern for my complaint. It would have been so simple for them to correct my order and let me be on my way. I was highly disregarded and ignored by the staff as they continued to close down. Standing there patiently, I waved down who I believed was the supervisor to express my complaint. In return I received a very disrespectful demeanor from the individual. Was treated very unprofessional by him and refused to give me his name. When I expressed to him that it was about the principle of the situation, his response was very unprofessional. I was told to come back the very next day, which to me was fine. But what bothers me is the fact how disrespectful and highly unprofessional I was handled by the individual. Asking for no beef - sub beans ( of course minus the cheese and sour cream) and a few additions on our chalupas. And been burritos with no cheese or red sauce. Only to get home and there was MEAT on our chalupas , and of course red sauce on our beans burritos. So back we travel to Taco Bell for our food to be remade. Upon arriving the manager said “what’s else was wrong with your order, I took that order” ok, cool.. I told him what was wrong, and asked for a remake & a refund for the travel and waste of time and my bad experience. He lead on to explain he could not issue a refund - ok, well can you start making my food so I don’t have to wait longer. Sooo my food gets remade - WRONG AGAIN! Still missing my lettuce, tomatoes and jalapeños .. which I added. Then, asked for a refund - he was very sure this was against you policy for some reason, which I hope is not true. I just wanted you to know, that the man “LD” who dealt with me tonight was not very professional in my opinion - not ONCE did he even say “I’m sorry” and apparently whoever was on the make station lacked basic menu knowledge. Read moreClean location; and the food was good. Taco Bell is the only fast food that I purchase. I ordered veggie friendly tacos and burritos. Unfortunately, the order was entered wrong. I was given beef and bit into it. Though I haven't had meat in 6 months, it was sooooo good 😂😂😂. The taste was so familiar yet it didn't taste of beans. I took another bite. Hmmmmm. I opened the burrito and examined what I was eating, BEEF, 🐮🐮 Oh nooooo!! Lol. I took the order to the cook. He approached me. I set the order down. "Is this meat?" I asked. He smiled and responded "Yes" before telling me exactly what it was. "I'm vegetarian. I order the beefy bean and rice burrito," I stated. He apologized quickly and took the meat. "I haven't had meat in 6 months; you ruined my streak." I smiled instead of argued. It was a simple mistake, but they apologized, fixed the order, and gave me complimentary dessert on top of that.
