So I called this location after placing an order through Uber Eats, because there wasn’t an option to add sides of Lettuce, tomatoes, etc, only mayo, mustard etc. I spoke with a nice young man about my order who stated I believe the toppings are free so this shouldn’t be a problem. So I said I have one more favor to ask, which was if he could right a note that stated thanks for all you are doing in the community for COVID. This order were for some front liners which I explained to the young man and later his supervisor Aileen, and I just wanted to show my appreciation to this organization putting together care packages for the community. After the order taking 20 minutes longer than the original time given, Aileen stated to me that the toppings weren’t free and I needed to pay for them. So I said wow so as the manager on a $150 order for first responders you are saying your company can’t donate it. Her response was I would give it to you but these are the rules so I said fine, charge me for it. So she goes to do it and then tells me there is no way to pay for it, the system won’t allow me to do it. Food is great, but service at this location was dismal. I waited for over 40 minutes standing after making my sandwich selection. They had piles of sandwiches on the toaster and just kept working on online orders instead finishing my sandwich with toppings and checking me out. Customer service is off the chain horrible. Was told no one could eat in there because they don’t have anyone to clean. I was thinking to myself umm you have two of you working but ok. They were not helpful at all with the menu or giving extra little helpful ideas what all can go on the sandwich. If I could give this place a zero I would.
