I wish I could give zero stars. I was just treated in such a discriminatory way at Schlotzsky's off of Wheatland in Duncanville, TX. I went there for lunch. I ordered a sandwich. I asked the man if the pizzas were good. He said, "Yes". I asked him to wait as I thought it over. I opted for a sandwich. I selected one with bacon. When I started to place my order I lady took it, insyead of the man. I asked her to place the bacon on the side. In which she stated "We don't do bacon on the side". I asked if bacon came with it. She said, "Yes". After asking again she said, "Okay". Next she asked me what I thought was, "What side" . To which I replied, "The original chips, two bags (because sometimes I like to bless someone with the other half and side), but she interrupted me and said " "No what size, like medium -small". and I told her "medium with a drink" . I pulled forward to receive my order. After I received it I asked the gentlemen, at the window, how much was my order because he never quoted me the price. He said, " I gave you your receipt, in our bag. Look at it" I was looking for the receipt and I couldn't find it cuz it was not in the bag . Then at the same time when he decided to quote me the cost is when I located the receipt. He had given it back to me with my card . I pulled up a few feet to check it out and to allow the next person to receive their order. I realized that the bacon wasn't on the side, nor on the sandwich . The drink was flat and the chips weren't in the bag. No problem. I just pulled right back around so my order could be corrected. Instead, The man who told me my receipt was in the bag asked me what was wrong. I proceeded to explain. He told me I did not order sides. I said yes. I did sir. He asked for the receipt which I hadn't looked at. He said "You said nothing about sides, because you were charged". I okay, but I did order them, but either way can I exchange the soda and get the meat in the side. He called me a liar and ask what was my problem. I begun to tell him (not loud or rude) that he was being rude by yelling and calling me a liar. Therefore, I just would like my money back and he could have the food. The man proceed to tell me he would not give me my money back because nothing is wrong with the food. After requesting my money back and his refusal the second time, I could tell he was becoming more upset and so was I. I told him I would wait until he called the police. He said " I'm calling the police now". That is when I took out my phone and started to record. All I wanted was lunch . All of a sudden he came back to the window and told me to give him my card and his food and he would give me back my money. He proceeded to say, " You people have no class" . I asked him to repeat it because I thought I missed heard him. He politely repeated it. He said, "You people have no class". I responded so you are correct. Some people do not have any class because they are being so rude when it doesn't take all this a simple correct would have worked. Then he said "You people are rude".

Read moreMy grandparents went to this location and received the most disrespectful and aggressive customer service. My grandfather asked for a regular sandwich mind you my grandfather is almost seventy years old, and has never been to Schlotzsky's. The sandwich was made with ham unfortunately my grandparents can not eat ham, and advised the clerk that he did not know the regular sandwich comes in ham, he believed it came with turkey. The clerk then remade the sandwich with turkey. Once returning home they took one bite of the sandwich the bread was hard and the meat tasted spoil. My grandmother began to feel sick and advised my grandfather to take the sandwich back. My Grandfather then attempted to take back the sandwiches because they where unable to be eaten and get a refund. The clerk said to my grandfather "I did not make any mistakes with the sandwich it was prefect. I had already remade the sandwich once before." My grandfather advised to the clerk that the sandwich made my grandmother sick the clerk then advised to call her on the phone and speak with her on the matter. First of all they should have never call to a outside source to harassment a elderly customer to complain about a customer in the store. They even took the time to get the number from my grandfather to call my grandmother on there own phone.(My grandfather never made a call on his phone)After the calls my grandmother received multiple text messages from the employees at the location.(screenshots have been applied with the messages). At the end they never refunded the full amount only six dollars the money back to my grandfather a woman at the store gave my grandfather 10 dollars because she felt sorry for the way they treated him with poor customer service. My grandparent have been living in this area for 21+ years and have never experience this level of poor service. We will never recommend anyone go to this...
Read moreI took my man here for Father’s Day today & the young Chinese dude was very hateful towards us. Everything seemed cool until I said that I would be using the Father’s Day coupon. I called before I went to this location to ensure they would accept the coupon. I showed the young man the coupon code on my phone and he tells me that I need to download the schlotskys app. I tried to download it on my phone but didn’t know my apple password. My boyfriend then downloaded it on his phone and when we clicked on the rewards tab, after signing up for an account, the only available coupon was for a free classic sandwich. We wanted the buy1 get 1 entree they had for Father’s Day. He quickly and rudely says “I can’t help you! If you don’t have the 6 digit code, you can’t get that special.” The code I had was only 3 digits. I got it offline on instagram. I wish I just hadn’t went there because he gave us the worst vibe. The older guy (maybe the mgr.) decided to come over & says “which sandwich do you guys want?” So I proceed to tell him what I was trying to do & he says ok what sandwich do you want so he picked his then I picked mine of less value and he took the order. When I looked at the receipt, it was the exact deal that I was telling the younger man about. I couldn’t understand why he was so rude to us. I really wanted the whole meal because I like chips with my sandwich but just chose to settle for just the sandwiches. I know all locations don’t treat customers that way as I have been a long time customer of this restaurant. Just wanted to share my horrible experience at this...
