Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Dallas

Wish I could leave half a star instead of whole one. This was the worst sonic experience I’ve EVER had, and I’ve been visiting sonic for close to 6 years now. That says a ton. Let’s see. First, they completely ignored my combo order for a burger and fries, and made my side item large mozzarella sticks which I had originally ordered for my wife. On top of that, I was charged for marinara sauce that we didn’t even get lol. Burger was rancid, tasted like old meat (I may call health inspector to be honest). The tea I ordered was just a cup full of ice and maybe like a few sips worth of tea. The ice was so packed to the brim, I couldn’t even properly insert my straw. On top of everything else, the carhop, Joshua, was incredibly rude. Will not be returning, and I try to give places a second chance. With hate, Satsvko. Came to the drive thru and ordered 9 items, including a chili cheese coney and jumbo popcorn chicken. Drive thru was empty when I got there, no cars in front of me. After about 15 mins server comes and asks if I'm still waiting for my food... About another 10 mins pass and I finally get my food. Everything in one bag so I ask if everything is in there and she says yes, your chili cheese coney is at the very bottom. (Who the hell puts a chili cheese coney at the bottom with all the other items sitting on top of it, squashing it?!) Anyway I get home and realize they forgot the popcorn chicken so I have to go back. I call and she apologizes saying they noticed once I left. I don't want to go back and have my food get cold so I stay. We eat and all 5 of us get a bad stomachache right after. Chili cheese coney of course was all squished and the cheese was stuck to the plastic wrapper. Horrible service....

I will not be back to this location period. This was my second time going since it’s right by my job but the wait was entirely to long for this to be a fast food restaurant. I didn’t even go to the car stall I went straight to drive through and said “hello” twice to the speaker box and no one ever answered so I just drove up to the window. Finally got my order but I will not go back at all. Before I even pulled up to the window I seen one person get out of the car stall and pull up behind me at the drive through but once they seen I wasn’t moving either they got out of line completely. Then another person in a Lexus got out of line. If they want to make money and keep customers happy then they need to get on the ball. Chick fil a is right next to them and their line is 10 times as long and you never have to wait extended periods of time. Will not be going back...
