Dear Scholler,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at your store recently.
On June 8th, 2025 @7:37am, I placed an order through the drive-thru and waited for fifteen minutes without any update or suggestion to pull forward or come inside to expedite my order. Eventually, I decided to enter the store to inquire about my order, as I found the wait to be excessive.
Upon speaking with a barista named Casey, I was met with an attitude that was both dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concern with courtesy, Casey spoke under her breath and displayed clear rudeness. This is not the level of service I have come to expect from Starbucks, where I have been a loyal customer for quite some time.
I believe that if an order is taking longer than usual, customers should be informed and given the option to wait inside or have their order brought to them. More importantly, Starbucks employees should uphold the company’s reputation for outstanding customer service.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that similar situations are handled with more professionalism in the future. Thank you for taking the time to address...
Read morei frequently visit this starbucks as i prefer what it has to offer over other starbucks in the surrounding area. it is recently renovated, plenty of seating options, and the staff has always been kind and accommodating. i once asked for the music to be turned down slightly as i could hear it through my headphones. the barista was super nice and even offered for me to choose the radio station. she was super helpful and i greatly appreciate it. today however, the music station was disney/showtunes which was distracting and loud. i could here it despite wearing over the ear headphones with music playing. when asked if the station could be changed, the barista first told me it couldn’t be, which i thought was odd considering my previous interactions. then she seemed to get defensive asking “do you not like my music?” after being honest and saying no, she did change the station. About 20 minutes later she changed it back to the disney/showtunes station and i decided to leave. i feel sad leaving this review because of the good experiences i have had so far here, but...

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but after today’s experience, I’m questioning why I keep coming back. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 11–14 minutes. I waited patiently in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes, only to be told—without a hint of courtesy—that my order “wasn’t ready” and that I could either go back around through the long line or come inside. Not only was that frustrating, but the tone from the woman at the window was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
To make matters worse, they hadn’t even started making the drink by the time I got to the window. The kicker? By the time I parked, got out, and went inside, the drink was miraculously sitting there—ready to go. So clearly, the issue wasn’t the drink—it was the attitude.
I understand being short-staffed or overwhelmed, but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. Today’s experience was an eye-opener about how far this location has slipped in terms of customer service. I won’t be returning to...
