I usually try not to post negative reviews, but unfortunately I think this needs some serious attention in light of past negative experiences, all the other negative reviews consistently for months and no change, and my most recent experience. After repeating my order back correctly, then getting it wrong at the window and not knowing until I paid I was asked to go back through the drive thu to correct my order even though there was a long line and it was their mistake. This is on top of waiting about 5 minutes at a drive-in spot when well staffed and not busy before being told, for no apparent reason, to go through the drive thru instead. And then after I finally fixed the order at the window, I waited about 10 minutes and they still just made the food I was waiting for (only a hot dog for my 7 year old, the main reason we came) AFTER all the orders in line behind us. I’ve worked drive thrus, managed quick-service restaurant staffs, and been to Sonic numerous times. This is deeply problematic, especially since this seems to be the norm at this location based on all the other reviews. Read moreThis is the worst Sonic I have been too. Tons of the stalls are now missing order screens and if you use those stalls to check in using the app, app can’t find it. The stalls that do have order screens have only part of them that work. Even if you order in the app, this place WILL get your order wrong. Good luck on getting any sauces as well here. We have used the app to order several times recently and each time the order was severely wrong, it took half an hour to even get part of the order, and we missed sauces and more. The people were consistently rude as well. And if you are missing sauces and push the button for anything missing, they will not come back out to correct it, instead they will direct you to the drive thru that is extremely backed up with people having similar issues…. After waiting for 30 plus minutes for the food to begin with.
I have truly never been to a more poorly run Sonic than this one which sucks as my kids love the chili cheese coneys and French toast sticks.

Read moreI was at stall 8 around 545 pm monday dec 4th 2023 i overheard the lady in stall 7 being very rude to the carhop and she didnt want to give her credit card to the carhop the carhop remained nice and professional and explained some of the stalls credit card machine's are have tech issues and Appologized for the inconvenience and this rude lady( The customer )rolled down her window and told me im gonna make her lose her job because she asked for the payment and didnt do it at the stall ..i said why ??its not her fault..!!!! she says cause i can.. im a veteran..i was Like omg !!!thats mean !!! she said oh well im not from here and i Dont care!! and the owner or manager needs to know this cause that carhop is super nice she never asks for nothing but for the customers to come on back to that location some people are so miserable that they get good people in trouble take heed of this lady her name i Dont know but she was really rude to the carhop and she is lying if she says anything bad about the carhop ill testify if i have to fyi i have always loved this location and that older lady carhop is...
