Upon placing my order this morning, I was immediately asked to hold when I tried to place my order after waiting Patiently and placing my order. I thanked the drive through attendant and when I did so I said thank you, sir. Immediately, the drive through attendant barked, and stated that she was a woman. "I am ma'am". I apologized for the mistake and as I was pulling away to the second window as I was directed, the woman asked if I needed something or mumbled something under her breath. when I pulled to the window. I asked what was her question and she informed me that she was speaking to her Employees. Then went to say how The customers that go through drive through immediately come through with a attitude and being disrespectful. I informed a woman that I had apologize for the mistake of me calling her sir. And she continued to try to cut me off as I was talking, and I told her, " no hold on. You're the one that's being rude. I made a mistake, and I'm pointing that out to you, that you continue to be rude from the moment that I pulled up to the window. And that you are continuing to be rude right now." I come from food service actually food service management and never would I allow any of my crew to ever be disrespectful to the customers like so. Read moreI used to love this location, but lately it has gone really downhill with mobile orders. As a vegetarian I love using the mobile order feature since I can easily swap ingredients and there is no confusion as to what is ordered. Three times this location has proved to me they cannot handle mobile orders, whether its their fault or their systems, I don’t know.
On two separate incidents, my mobile order did not make it through to their system, despite the fact that I had an email confirmation and the order open on my phone. Both times the store would offer no solution other than to reorder (despite the fact that I had already been charged). For the first incident, I had to reorder at the drive through and the employee could not understand that I wanted no meat, not no cheese and therefore made my order wrong. For the latter incident, I waited at the pick up counter for 5 minutes when my order was stated as ready. I tried to flag down two employees, neither of whom paid any attention. I finally had to get the cashier’s attention and she found my order sitting at the end of the assembly line. I opened it up to find it was not the right order and they had to remake it.

Read moreToday Sept 26,2023 my self and family of 4 happen to stop by at Tacobell store #027874 at 7110 Grenville Ave TX-75231 to have quick tacos,Mexican Pizza and Fiesta Potatoes under order number 232308. Worst experience ever at Taco Bell, very poor service. There was hardly any customer at the time. We were served order of Tacos by girl server. She told us rest of the orders follow soon. We waited for over 15 minutes our balance order was not served. On inquiring with manager of the shift Kallus who sarcastically laughed on us. Girl server lied that she served us the balance food on her second trip to our table which she never made. Bluntly lied. Another employee who witness the situation admitted that our balance food was not served to us rather food was left on the front counter. After unhealthy argument manager told us to take our money back and leave in very rude manner. We left stunned the way we were treated at this Tacobell location.
