As a regular patron of my favorite coffee shop, I am thrilled to share my consistently outstanding customer experience at this warm and inviting haven. From the moment I step through the door, or order at the drive thru, I am greeted with pleasant tone of voice, genuine smiles and a personal touch that makes me feel right at home.
One of the most remarkable aspects of this coffee shop is the way in which the staff remembers my name and warmly welcomes me back each time. It may seem like a small gesture, but it creates an instant connection and fosters a sense of belonging. Being acknowledged by name makes me feel like a valued and appreciated customer, and it's something that sets this coffee shop apart from the rest.
The interactions with the staff are always delightful and enjoyable. They are not only efficient in taking orders and preparing drinks but also take the time to engage in friendly conversations. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers and take pleasure in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors or drive thru.
The polite and courteous demeanor of the entire team is truly commendable. Whether it's the baristas crafting my favorite latte or the friendly face at the drive thru window, everyone exudes a level of professionalism and kindness that makes each visit a joy.
Beyond the excellent service, the ambiance of the coffee shop contributes to the overall experience. The cozy decor, soft lighting, and inviting seating areas create a welcoming atmosphere that is perfect for both work and relaxation. It's a place where I can unwind, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy some quiet time with a good book. Parking is small but I overlook that as most visits are through the drive thru.
The attention to detail in every aspect of this coffee shop, from the quality of the coffee to the warm and friendly staff, makes it a standout establishment. I find myself eagerly looking forward to my visits, knowing that I will be met with a consistently positive and enjoyable experience.
In conclusion, my favorite coffee shop offers far more than just great coffee; it provides an exceptional customer experience that leaves a lasting impression. The personal touch of the staff, the warm interactions, and the overall atmosphere combine to create a haven I am always excited to return to. I wholeheartedly recommend this coffee shop to anyone seeking not just a delicious cup of coffee, but an unforgettable and welcoming experience.

The guy working the drive through on 8/27 at 10:09 am was quite literally the worst counter service employee I have ever encountered. My drink came out the window and I immediately was like I don’t think this is the right drink it’s usually cold brew on the bottom and cold foam on the top (the entire drink was light brown/white) he then said you can try it to see if you like it. I tasted it like he said and was like oh no this is not what it usually tastes like. Can you take it back and he said no. You put your lips on it. He then proceeded to say it’s the drink I ordered. I pulled the app up saw what I ordered and the photo on the app and I was given the incorrectly made drink. I realized he didn’t care what the guest wanted or even knew the menu at this point so I said you can’t throw it away the drink and he said no, so I said ok I’m going to just leave it here on the counter in the drive through and he said ok but your litering. Take the drink you made wrong and make it right or throw it out. Common sense. He was rude, arrogant and quite frankly didn’t give a single care. I’m not sure he’s cut out for putting the guest first and even the hospitality industry if this is how he responded after one incorrect drink. I would be utterly embarrassed to have an employee like this work for me or any company I represented.
There are so many coffee places in Dallas and in oaklawn specifically that would not treat any guest that way and would even remake the drink or at least give a refund. If you’re going to pay for a fall flavored drink this year go to any other coffee place like la la land, bloom, Whole Foods, LDU, merit, summer moon or meteor as none of the places listed above have ever treated me or anyone I know the way I was treated today. The cherry on top is you can’t get a refund unless you go back to the store - even though all my data is through their...
Read moreAfter my experience with this Starbucks location 4023 Lemmon Ave today. I will never purchase another coffee here Agin. The most disrespectful and embarrassing thing happened to me today. I am a Starbucks reward member, and I had two coupon's one I used yesterday and one I was using today. The coupon was only valid upon purchase of another item, so I purchased another item. I was doing everything correct I went to pay she said that will be $5.30 I said OK no problem I went to make a payment it only charged my card for $5.00 she aggressively said you owe 12 cents I respectfully said I would go get the 12 cents and return if she could remake my beverage, she Rudley said yeah... I come back to pay the remaining 12 cents after she ran my credit card for $5.00. I went to pay she Rudley and aggressively said we refuse service to you with all of the employees laughing in the background. I said I would like to have my drink since I paid for it, she said I canceled out your order. I was never treated so poorly from Starbucks when I spend money with them all the time. I was so humiliated and mistreated by the Manager with short pink hair. I hope this never happens to anyone else again she needs to be fired she completely ruined my day. It was such a bad experience I did turn this location and her into Corporate and filed with the BBB. She had no reason to refuse service to a paying customer who was not in the wrong with creating a seen of rude customer service. She did not act like an adult but a child. Starbucks due better with hiring...
