Taco Cabana — Restaurant in Dallas

OMG, Today is Tuesday, February 11th, & Mrs. Boss Lady April, Daisy, & Jolie were AMAZING This Evening!!! It's Dinnertime & They were Sooo Proficient. The Store was Clean, both inside AND out! I Had Originally placed an online order & was asked to come inside. I had forgot to order My Mango Tajín Pie, so I didn't mind getting out in the cold. But BOOM, as I'm walking up, I see a GIANT Banner with App-y Hour; I Look down at My Clock, it's still App-y Hour, So I see MORE Stuff I want to order! As im entering the Restaurant, The Atmosphere is Sooo Peaceful & Ambient. I almost want to Dine-in, but I'm Tired & Ready to get Home. I didn't even know the Bar was open Sooo I grab a few items that weren't online: Cilantro, Verde salsa, & some Limes. The Bar is PRISTINE!!! EVERYTHING is Sooo FRESH & Sooo CLEAN! I Didn't wanna sit down because it was SOOO PRETTY inside the Restaurant & I felt like I was gonna mess up something. LOL. But These Three Ladies HERE----THEY WERE ON F-I-R-E!!! Eveb though They were Busy, They held their Smiles High & Beautiful Personalities like they were at The Grammy's!!! YALL DID THAT!!! THANK YOU, MRS. BOSS LADY APRIL, JOLIE, & DAISY!!!

Anna was SUPER AMAZING This Afternoon! I didn't have time to order on The App, like I usually do, but She Took GREAT CARE of Me. I didn't see the Kids Menu on The Drive-thru Menu, but I knew that I wanted a Kids Quesadilla with Chicken with Salsa Ranch. She got My Order correct, Food was Hot & Fresh, & Her Beautiful Smile was Refreshing!!! Thank You, Anna & Hope to see You Again, Lemmon...

This is the worse Taco Cabana ever. I wish there was a way to give them 1/2 a star. They honestly need to fire that entire staff and get a whole new one. As a licensed Chef that has been in the restaurant industry for years this is the worse place to go, even if you are hungry. I have given this place several opportunities to show something different, but they have failed to no end. Their service is the poorest I have ever experience from any fast food place.

They constantly argue with you about your order and are very combative in the drive through no matter what day it is. I work down the street and when I first started in this area my employees warned me never to go to that location, but I did it because of convenience. I always leave frustrated. They do not get your order right no matter what is requested or how specific you are.

The attitudes that are amongst the employees are horrible. I tried once again to go this morning because I was starving and I like the breakfast tacos, and once again I was disappointed. The young lady in the drive thru didn't get my order correct for two tacos. Then there was another young lady that was yelling at her and me about requesting cilantro and onion on the side, which is what I do every morning. I am over it and I will never go back there again.

My suggestion to all of you who read this is not to waist your time. Good food is one thing but POOR SERVICE...

The food was the best thing there. Initially upon entering the restaurant, we noticed the outside patio was littered and not suitable for anyone to eat outside. An employee was on her cigarette break and stinking up the entire area. Then, we proceeded to walk inside and we noticed the dining area was filthy. No table was suitable for seating except one tiny space. The trash was filled to the top.

We went straight to the restroom because I believe the restroom tells you all you need to know about a restaurant and the employees cleanliness. There was trash/tissue on the floor. The only upside is that they did have soap and napkins in the dispenser, so we still ate there.

After that, we went to order our food. The employee that has been smoking 🚬 outside took our order. She was polite. She gave us our drinks which was the margarita and it was way too strong. We had to switch it out for a regular drink.

Once we got our food, upon further inspection we noticed our food was fresh, but once we began looking for utensils, the condiments and utensils area was empty (no straws & no spoons). The soda fountain was pouring out water from the soda dispensers. The area with the pico de Gallo and other stuff was a complete mess and most of the trays were empty.

I would say if you're going to eat there...PROCEED...
