Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

I ordered Venti Mocha Frappachino with 4.5 pumps of mocha. I order it the same everywhere. However at this location it was made differently, it tasted like a chocolate shake. I went back inside asked if he could make another one without the extra half pump, still tasted the exact same! I told the guy it wasn’t right, yet they told me they could not make another drink for me just because it wasn’t to my liking. $7 dollar ice coffee, I do expect it to be to my liking because I am the paying customer! This was the worst customer service I’ve seen in Starbucks anywhere! I paid for my drink but the original drink went into the trash as well as the second drink that they still got wrong! I frequent Starbucks daily sometimes multiple times and I know how it should taste and the service to expect, but not here, not this location! The girl at the cash register saw me trying to understand & use my rewards and instead of helping me she just stares at me. I felt rushed to pay just so she can help the next person in line. Once I scanned the app she didn't look for rewards either. Then an older gentleman saw my hand out for him to hand me my egg bites and instead he slides my egg bites across the counter instead of putting it in my hands while my hands are clearly out. I wasn't treated like the loyal customer that I am at this location. They treated me as if I was bothering them. This team. Have been my backbone for the obstacles and challenges I have had to overcome this last month. I recently transferred to a nearby store. I went in going solo and a whole lot on my work desk. When I said that it never once felt like I was alone. I mean it. They were my team behind the scenes. I needed a pick me up?
