I’m honestly super frustrated with this Starbucks. The past two weeks I go and get the same thing every time before class or during break. I normally order through the app. Each time I have ordered through the app, there’s an issue when I get to the store. Either they didn’t receive my online ticket, or they skip my order and fulfill other orders that are important. I’m not exactly sure what is going on but I’m just over it. This morning simply did it for me. I order once again ahead of time and I walk into Starbucks and I see my coffee sitting there. I was waiting for my croissant. To find out that I paid for something that’s sold out. I’ve been super patient and nice but this is two weeks of issues happening every single time I order. If this location can please triple check their online ordering system or the workers need to do a better job at paying attention. I understand people make mistakes but it’s literally every. Single. I look over to see employee making two of the same drink so i ask the cashier about my second drink and she says i have to get two of the same drinks because that is the way it works. Never have i ever had to get two of the same drinks so i ask the manager and she says that is incorrect. They have to type in the code instead of scanning so i wait to realize again an employee is making two of the same drinks but even worse not even the drink i ordered. The cashier wrote the drink code down wrong for a drink that isn’t even included in the discount. Once i explain that to the cashier and manager they both get an attitude and say the employee is making the drink right. Yea she is but thats not what i ordered.
