There must be a reason as to why this location constantly has different workers. No one lasts and it’s possibly due to the horrible attitudes and what appears to be no proper training.Today (10/26/20) I placed an order for pickup for my coworkers and I and it stated it would be ready at 3:45pm. My coworker gets there around 3:55 (more than enough time to have the order completed) and calls to say they are stating the order wasn’t received on time and they didn’t see it and it was not ready yet. She proceeded with the transaction and waited. The male worker asked if the sandwiches were to be toasted and she replied yes please just as it was submitted online. The worker responded with “that’s going to be a while” with an attitude. She informed the worker it usually is just a couple of seconds but the employee ignored her. A Spanish speaking customer then walked in and needed help placing an order and asked my coworker. My coworker being bilingual was willing to help and started speaking to the customer. We believe the subway worker assumed my coworkers was saying something bad about the business and asked “what ever did you just tell her? Did you think I needed help?” She informed him she didn’t believe he needed help but the lady had asked her for her assistance. She noticed how the worker reacted with such ugly attitude and informed him that he providing customer service to people and he needed to learn how to do so and that I’d not how you act or talk to customers. He responded with “I don’t even know why you’re still talking!” She asked for corporates number and the staff acted as if they didn’t hear her for some but not all were acting shady during this altercation. Read moreThis will be a little long. So I was so excited to get me a subway sandwich today but that was completely ruined. I asked for a footlong cold cut trio on wheat bread. When the worker (short, African American, very dark skinned, women with a bonnet and braids) wastaking out the bread I asked " could I please get my sandwich dehulled ( the middle taken out of the bread), the "worker" stated I don't get paid to do that. I said ma'am, "I've go to subway all the time" and she reiterated to me and raised her hands ( like a shrug) and said the same thing again. I said ma'am that is rude. She said well we don't get paid to do that, I said we'll actually yes you do! (Subway is supposed to make the sandwich in which I ask for it to be made) Now I can see if I asked for a lot of crazy ingredients but no I just asked for my bread to be dehulled. I turned around and walked out as we continued to say to me the same exact thing and I kept saying back to her it actually is your job. NOW MA'AM, IF YOU DIDNT WANT TO BE AT WORK THE CALL IN!! MATTRR OF FACT GET ANOTHER JOB! YOUR JOB IS TO MAKE THE SANDWHICH IN THE WAY I HAD REQUESTED! Read moreNo, no, no, no. I ordered through the app. Got to the store and my order wasn't ready. I said no worries and started my order. I was told they didn't have the first sandwich. I said, ok. I'd like to cancel my order and get a refund. 30 minutes later someone comes in, not a manager, printed out a receipt and told me to call corporate. This is madness. Of course the number on the receipt is for the store and not the corporate office. How does the corporate office no I didn't get my food? She told me if it hadn't been for her I wouldn't get my money back because the two guys who worked there were new & didn't know how to print out the receipt. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she couldn't give me her personal number. I told her I didn't want her number, I wanted to talk to her. She called, who I can only assume was the manager and after several minutes of I conversation, in Spanish. I said can I speak to the manager. I was told, I can't give you her personal number. I never asked for her number. Just to talk to her. Then I was told, she's on her way, do I want to wait.
I went next door and came back and the “manager” tells me I have to call the corporate office. No one has a number for the corporate office.
After I get home I rate the app low and the response I get, the stores are individually owned and I need to be reimbursed...
