Complaint to Better Business Bureau
Business Name: DFW Keys & Remote by Jose Rodriguez Location: Inside El Rio Grande Latin Market, Date of Incident: July,1.2025
Complaint Summary: I am filing this complaint on behalf of a 74-year-old woman who recently had a troubling experience with DFW Keys & Remote by Jose Rodriguez. She went to have a new key fob programmed for her vehicle. Unfortunately, the business used an outdated model, which caused her existing key fob to stop working.
Due to a language barrier, she asked me to help communicate the issue with the staff. When I attempted to explain the situation politely and clearly, the staff responded in a rude, unprofessional, and dismissive manner. They made no effort to listen or offer a resolution. Despite my calm approach and clear communication, their attitude remained hostile throughout the interaction.
I also have video documentation of this incident, which clearly shows the inappropriate behavior and lack of customer service provided. This treatment was especially disappointing and disrespectful, considering the age and vulnerability of the customer.
Desired Resolution: • A full review of the employee(s) involved and the customer service protocols in place. • An apology issued to the elderly customer for the mistreatment. • A refund or proper reprogramming of both the faulty key fob and the now-disabled original key fob. • Clear assurance that this type of treatment will not be repeated with other customers.
I’m submitting this complaint in hopes that DFW Keys & Remote will be held accountable for their poor customer service and that steps will be taken to correct the...

Read moreThe store appears clean at first glance. I went in one day to buy some bread upon getting it home I notice that rodent had eaten through the plastic and the corner of the bread. I called and the manager stated" I could bring it back", so I did. When I walked in the store I had them call for the manager. I showed her the bread and she told me that I could get another but that she didn't think it was a rodent bite and that it must have come from the vendor that way and that they would all be like that. So i went and got a new loaf to replace the other and i check a few and they were okay.Just when I thought this was one time incident. I when in for a bag of Chips and the rats were on the chip isle eating the chips and running back and forward. I called corporate and have not heard back so I'm under the assumption the don't care.I would think a place that has an open meat and seafood area wouldn't have rats just running free....
