FIRST OF ALL, I WAS OFFERED THE PICTURE...I DID NOT ASK. I GUESS YOU DID NOT THOROUGHLY READ THE REVIEW BEFORE YOU DECIDED TO RESPOND AND SAY WHAT IS "SAD." IT IS SAD TO OFFER SOMETHING AS A BUSINESS AND NOT DELIVER. I WAS OFFERED THE PICTURE ON FRIDAY AND CALLED BACK ON SATURDAY. I RATED IT BECAUSE IT IS A BAD FIRST IMPRESSION AND BAD BUSINESS, AND MY GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO REVIEW MY EXPERIENCE. GET YOUR TEAM TOGETHER BEFORE YOU COME FOR ME.
Called this company for my son’s prom to purchase the corsage and boutonniere. When I called, the lady offered to send me a picture of a corsage with the same color as my son needed because they were making one for the following day. I never received a photo. I called on the afternoon of the next day, and asked if they could please send the picture because I wanted to order by Monday, which is today. The lady said yes, and they never sent me a picture. This is bad business practice. Do not offer something you can’t and won’t deliver. I will gladly purchase his prom flowers elsewhere....

They were not. 1 day after completing my order for my "Lady" was informed they were not able to send the flowers I ordered for her and the date of arrival would be later. Ok, I chose another option offered but was not given the chance to update the note on my card which was specific to the first order. Now the delivery date has changed again to Monday instead of Saturday the 2nd date. I hope the candy doesn't melt, even though that was not what I originally ordered. We shall see, hopefully my "Lady" enjoys her flowers. Please don't advertise as if you are a local flower shop when you don't have the capability to deliver...
