Absolutely awful. I called the pizza patron on lake June rd. This girl answered the the telephone then immediately placed me on hold. I then had a chance to speak with someone who said her name so quickly no one could understand it.
I began to ask about the specials, was told "uh, we don't have in-house specials but you order on line.
I then said no the online menu is confusing, then she said after a pause Oh.... Okay I'm getting frustrated now...then said we'll I'll just order with you...what's the price for Xtra large carnivore? Was told $19+.. I said ok I will take that, then I asked about the wings given the choices....so my order was the Xtra large pizza with 12 wings...told the order would be $39+. It will be ready in 20 minutes.... Show up to get my food... 1 young girl walked to the drive then window eating, asked what was my order and name...told her, this girl said, uh we don't have an order for you. At this time another young lady walk to the another register, eating she the began laughing. I told the girl at the window I just called the phone number and placed my order, I was told well no one spoke with you hear...so uh, no we don't have a order!!!! With an attitude, not offering an apology or even common courtesy to ask if I would like to place an order!!
I'm livid because they lack respect, professionalism and just simply don't give a damn! I own a restaurant and I would Never treat a customer that way....

I should’ve checked the reviews as it seems this place has a reputation for rude employees. The employee that attended me, a young lady with make up and a slicked-back bun, acted really unusual. I got to the window and she was silent, she just stared at me, no smile or anything, didn’t say a word and she seemed to be in a bad mood. I’ve had a couple jobs in customer service so I understand how frustrating it can get and how unpleasant tending to rude customers can be. I was told that the deals were only made online, but I was never even asked if I needed help on how to do the online deal, because I told the young lady it was my 1st time going to pizza patron after many years. I made the order, then I went to go pick it up. I ask the young lady if I could order specialty deals thru the drive thru window but I was just ignored. I asked a second young lady but was ignored as well. I may not be going back to pizza patron...If you don't like your job then don't stay there.
