Taqueria Charly #3 — Restaurant in Dallas

Terrible food. Beans were expensive, 5 tacos for $20!!! No rice. No drink. One would think these tacos were made of gold. The chicken was dry. The beef was dry. No Apple Pay. There’s no sign that indicates “tap to pay”. Website menu doesn’t match the menu in person. If you ask for a menu, they tell you to look up. This place is wayyyy to ghetto AF.

The burger was ok. Nothing to go crazy over. It was like a burger from jack in the box. I was expecting a bigger paddy. They were stingy with the beef.

I HIGHLY recommend Twisted Trompo. 3 tacos, rice and beans 8.99 And 5 Tecos, rice and beans 13.99 and you get to see them cook it in front of you. So you definitely know they are hygienic.

The young girl she seemed nice but not to attentive. She would be in the back with the cools talking away while we waited. She should have been in the front ready to attend customers. But that’s my opinion. I give her 3 starts for being nice. But needs better...

Where do we start.. I walked in about 4 pm.. Stood in there alone for about 5 minutes till i was actually concerned. Then a young lady finally comes out from the back.. Takes my order.i ordered the chicken wing plate... The cook (a young male) brings out my plate in no time at all. I bite i to them and they are totally frozen in the middle. I go to the counter to ask for another plate ..again nobody. I peer into the back and i see both these workers on their phones.. Chatting and flirting with eachother and blaring the music so loud... to where i could not be heard calling them. By time i got her attention. I decided to just leave and never return here again. Their business plan works for them. They're fast, they're fresh, and attentive. But you have to go up to the counter to order. You pay before they serve you. A lot of places do that. That's fine. My minor complaint is they have a really nice clean open and inviting seating area where they can let you sit and order from a menu perhaps letting your eyes wander and make them more money. But maybe it's the neighborhood or the have too little help, but I bet if they did a sit down menu and unlimited refills they'd get a more loyal and...
