Don’t recommend this location at all! I went in to try and open an account and asked what I need to apply. She stated I needed a lease agreement under my name and proof of income which I had. I dont have a lease agreement because I dont live in an apartment, I live in a house with my parents. The representative was no help at all, didnt give me any other options on what I could bring to provide proof of residence. She stated I couldn’t open an account and that was that. I left the store, went into my car and looked up another location and made a phone call. I called the Buckner location and spoke to Jonathan and explained my situation. He told me he would be able to help me all I needed was to come to the store and do the application process and he would verify all of my information provided. I was able to open an account with them no issue what so ever, and my washer and dryer are being delivered today! I dont even have an account with this place!!! Yet they came to my home looking for someone and DEMANDED i let them inside my house even after i told them i was a new tenant there and my house was empty i opened my door wide enough so they could see it was empty but Omar and Beatriz told the guy at my door to “just walk in” to see if i was “lying” that their couches weren’t there apparently he thought they were further into my house or i was hiding them!! I told him i don’t give him permission to enter my home and he kept telling him to go inside! He said he will be back every day until i let them in. This is very unprofessional! LOVE this RAC best one i have ever been too i have furnished my entire apartment with RAC in the past two years! i have been to other RAC and i hate them! here they really care about the people they get you the best quality for what you want to pay. One time i was switching jobs and was gonna be a week late i cleared it before hand with Angela and didn't receive any annoying phone calls wasn't charged extra. They don't bug you when its time for you to pay which I've had ones in the past wake me up early Saturday wanting money this place has never called me probably because i mostly pay early but still.
