Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Dalton

I’m not one to usually complain or even leave reviews, but Chickfila have set higher standards for their restaurant so that’s what is always expected. I have never been to one anywhere and not received what I ordered. This is the only restaurant I have ever been able to go to and never felt the need to check my order before I drove off. Well last nights curbside experience changed that for me. I didn’t mind the wait I had because I know my foods alway going to be fresh and hot! After I drove 25 min back home I realized that everything I had ordered wasn’t there, one of the sandwiches I ordered didn’t have the things on it I requested, and none of the condiments I asked for were in the bag. I even went back and checked my order to make sure I had entered it correctly and I had. I even tried to call the restaurant. No one answered and I received an answering machine. The service is pretty good, but I'm not saying I have never experienced problems with them becuase I have. To people reading this the costumer service, like any other establishment, isn't always the same so don't expect the same service I had but the majority of the times I would say it was good. I always go there physically so I don't know how good are the other services like using the app or call. The food is really good I personally enjoyed it and didn't find any problems with the food. The milkshakes aren't the sane everytime sometimes they're good and pretty thick like they're suppose to and sometimes they're just water. Sometimes the drink dispenser machine messes up when they pour you the drink and it tastes like just carbonated water but out of all the times only a few times it has happened. Lately this chick-fil-a hasn't been keeping up with the standards I remember and always looked forward to about their friendliness and efficiency. Last week it took my breakfast meal almost a good 40 minutes before it was brought to my table. I almost thought that they had lost my order. If this chick-fil-a wasn't so close to my house I probably would just drive to the other chick-fil-a off of walnut more. No one has been particularly rude, however, the atmosphere doesn't really seem much different from that of any other ordinary restaurant.
