Papa Ray's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Daly City

Two days ago i was craving for pizza and a salad, a friend from work suggest me to order here, so when I googled "pizza close by", I thought it will send me to the one down the street. I click on the link and order so that I can just pick it up for lunch. I didn't know since I Googled "Pizza Close by" it will send me to the farthest one away, close to Cow Palace. I was furious cause I only have an hour lunch, i was going back and forth looking for this location, went back to the one in Westlake and wanted to cancel my order cause my time is limited. The people are kind enough to guide me how to get there and told the one in Geneva i will again try to look for the location, the lady that was on duty that day gave me a call when i was half way to her location and told me that she will deliver it to my location instead, I told her don't bother cause I am already close by. When I got to her location, she was apologizing to what had happen and she actually was going beyond her duty to deliver the pizza. I was also given a free soda and another salad which really made my day.. I had great big smile when I left that location and told her when I come across that area I will order from her.. We ordered 3 things from Pasta Basta on Uber Eats. I don't really leave reviews and I tend to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt but our food felt lazy, some was just gross, and not better than what we could do at home, sad to say. I wanted leave that out here for what it's worth.

-Gnocchi: tasted EXACTLY like the non-refrigerated, metallic-tasting, instant gnocchi box brand I bought at Walmart in college. I made the box and threw it all out. Called to place a delivery order and the lady was ridiculously difficult. She kept shouting at someone there, interrupting me to ask questions, repeating questions I'd already answered, and overall behaving as if she didn't care that she was supposed to be providing a service to the person with whom she was on the phone. As the call proceeded, she became increasingly rude. I couldn't tell if she just spoke English poorly, if she was really incompetent, or if she merely didn't care about her job.
