Subway — Restaurant in Danbury

This is by far the worst subway I have ever visited. The staff is worst, they are so mean, and don't seem like they want to work at this establishment. I walked in the other day, and these ladies looked at me like from another planet . Frighten and confused i went up to order the meatball footlong and the lady helping me only gave me 6 meatballs instead of the 8. When I asked about how many she was giving me, she caught an attitude, and said it would be a extra charge for meatballs. I said "give me a break". So i just walked out. Get new staff that cares...

I visited this place on a Sunday at 6:00pm and saw the lights on and people inside, and also saw that they closed at 8. When I went to open the door to enter, it was locked and the people inside yelled at the door "they're closed". I was like "what!?" I yelled back "it's 6pm, they close at 8" they got up and shut the lights off and ignored me as if I wasn't standing there and continued talking and eating. As much as I love Subway in general, this place definitely spoils the experience. I used to work for a Subway, so I know for a fact that 3 tomatoes on a 6” doesn’t warrant ‘extra cheese’ charge. Very disappointing. They charge you here for extra cheese and extra meet if you ask for an extra slice of cucumber. My husband asked for 2 scoops of tuna on a side and they charged extra for a full 6” turkey sandwich. I think they make it up as they go. And service is horrible, not friendly at all. It’s almost like they are upset...
