Brilliant restaurant all around, the food quality is beyond excellent, the staff is incredible, and the wait times are absolutely perfect! My wife and I had tried eating here when they first opened but the wait times were almost too tough to bear which is to be expected for a new restaurant with exceptional quality in such a small town - I can, however, confidently say this is no longer an issue! Another great thing to note is the atmosphere - you can clearly see that the owners took a ton of time, as well as pride to ensure the inside feels very cozy, friendly, and warm. Great authentic “classic coffee shop” vibes all around! If you've ever thought about maybe stopping in to see what this place is like, do it!!! From the atmosphere, to the friendly staff, to the waddle themselves, it is all so amazing!! The shop itself is just so chill and relaxing and just so welcoming. Then we were greeted by an amazing staff member who went above and beyond to help us feel welcome! She talked to us almost like we were friends! And then theres the waffles! There's so much to choose from! So if you've got specific taste, they've got something for you! Even a build your own waffle! Their waffles are absolutely delicious, fluffy, and to die for!! I've had my fair share of good waffles, but this place blows them all out of the water! We’ve tried 8 different concoctions this week and all were fantastic! You can’t miss, whether you like savory or sweet or anything in between 😋 We’re only in Danville one more morning and you can bet we’ll be at the Waffle Stop Cafe! I can’t imagine, with the extensive menu, that anyone could not find something interesting and new to try. The flavor profiles are both familiar/comforting and unique. The owners are awesome, friendly, and welcoming. I wish we didn’t have to leave before trying each option, but we’re working through the menu as best we can in 3 days, lol.
