Oh man! Where do I begin. After one of the worst days in recent history, all I needed was a win and spending $30 on dinner (even tho not in the budget) seemed like the only choice to proceed with the evening. Even tho the place was empty, my order was taken with precision and care, even my modifications were handled with ease. All staff were tending to their duties. Not a slacker in sight. While waiting for the food to be ready, one of the girls behind the counter noticed that my makeup was running (results of wile people at work) and motioned me to fix it. So I did. When I came back from the restroom, my food was ready, and off I went. She followed me to the car with an order of Baklava. Which I was totally contemplating ordering but for financial reasons decided against. This shear gesture along with her action before just brought tears to my eyes all over again but this time they were from pure joy. It touched me in my heart and soul and I hope that her coworkers and managers and the owner of the place know and appreciate what an angel they have. How she noticed the smallest thing and then went out of her way to make my day better without even thinking about it. I hope she reads this, as at the time I did thank her while still in shock as to just how nice another human can be. And if she is reading this please know that you are an incredible human being and if the world had more like you it would be a better place. You have given me back the hope I keep loosing in humanity. Please never change. Thank you so so much, and if anyone is considering this place to order from I can guarantee one million % it's worth it. The food was as amazing as the service and the whole experience all together was so good, it touched my soul, and my belly. I got my win for the day! And it's the best feeling. Our family have been regular customers since Taziki's opened in Daphne. When it closed during Covid we were worried that you would not reopen. We were very happy when it was operational again! However, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and lack of good customer service. Last night we had friends from Texas driving through and they met us for dinner. I was worried that we would all be disappointed, but was hoping for the best... I am here to tell the new management that the team that prepared our meals last night is incredibly better than what we experienced a couple of months ago. In fact they are incredibly better than before Covid! In short, they were awesome! We had nine people and Tory helped us set up a big table, cleaned it beautifully and set up more chairs for us. All with a big smile and caring attitude. We ordered Hummus for appetizers and I had warned my friend that it wasn't always the best, but I was totally amazed at how delicious and flavorful it was. Every dish prepared was beautifully presented and tasted awesome! After dinner Tory took a group photo of us and he was very kind. I asked to speak to the manager and Ms. Nakita came out and I gave her a hug! I told her that her team was awesome and we had a fun time with wonderful food! I asked for the names of her team. I want to give special thanks to her, as manager, and to TORY, MS. KIM, MR. WILLIE AND T'NIYA! Our friends from Houston were very impressed and they know what good food and good service means! I am a 7-years-plus fan of Taziki’s — wherever I travel, it is my preferred meal!! The best salmon, salad, and balsamic dressing ever!!! Amazing!!!

We just finished having dinner at the Daphne location and I have never seen a Taziki’s so dirty!!! Literally, every table but one had residue, trash, crumbs, oily prints, chairs in disarray, an empty dish with a dirty fork by the beverage station, trash on the floor, unclean looking employees (all three women) — it was frightening to think of eating there and it is my favorite place to eat!!! There was no greeting from any employee until the woman working the register returned from the bathroom and she had dirt under her nails and the dirtiest tee-shirt I have ever seen in a food establishment!!! I had to refocus not to lose my appetite! When the employee came with our dinner she almost dumped my plate of food in my lap and didn’t apologize or even acknowledge it, she just walked off! As we walked out of the restaurant, I surveyed the entire restaurant and saw to my dismay that it looked like no one had made any attempt to clean surfaces, floors, or straighten chairs after customers finished.

Sadly, until I know that there has been an improvement my family/friends won’t be back!
