Whataburger — Restaurant in Daphne

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the second time I’ve walked away disappointed. The first time they were extremely busy so mistakes can be forgiven. This time they were absolutely dead with zero other customers, and you’d have thought I personally insulted the black lady managers whole life by putting in an order. Asked for spicy ketchup and she claims “I put one in the bag”. So I look for it, and she responds “we ain’t about to search for it oh my god”.

I rarely pull this card but I work EMS so I am extra polite. There was zero reason for this attitude and disrespect to me. This location needs a manager change for the night shift asap. Order placed at roughly 03:00 AM on 08/02/2025.

Will not only never be back, but I will spread the bad word to all my coworkers and my patients to avoid this location and the disrespectful attitude of their management staff towards...

putting a whataburger 2 min from my house was the BEST thing daphne has ever done, my drunk nights just got 10x better. i cant wait to convince my uber drivers to make a quick stop😭😭 i’ve probably gone to this location more than 5 times since its opened (im a server and get off late nothing is usually open when i get home) and not one time have they disappointed me in ANYWAY!! ur staff are amazing and my food is fresh everytime

That girl named Lilly really likes to run her mouth, but not help customers. I stood at the counter for a takeout that I used the app to order for at least 10 minutes while everybody was in the back laughing and cutting up and walking by and looking at me standing there, just didn’t care to be honest. The food was great just a customer. Service sucks.
