I made an online order to the wrong store, I called to cancel the order and get a refund. I was told that they can not do that, and I need to call the Dunkin’ store? When I told her I couldn’t understand what she was saying and that I wanted to talk to a manager she hung up the phone. I called back only to have the line picked up , heard I told her she needed to call and then the phone was hung up... so I called again, this time the phone was picked up and I could hear her and another employee talking about me... a younger girl answered and I asked for the manager, while I waited I proceeded to hear the conversations had by the employees and I was definitely upset... the manager picked up and was very helpful and I was able to get the phone number for where I needed to call to issue my refund. I myself am a manager in a customer service capacity and was very unnerved by the lack of respect and utter disregard I was shown as a customer... I order from Dunkin’ just about everyday and have never had a problem until today... I won’t be coming to this...
Read moreNOT welcome to the neighborhood. Just moved nearby. Took a walk w/o my purse. Wander in to DD but was accosted by employee about not having a mask. Told I didn’t have it and did they have one I could have/use bc I walked there. She just kept loudly and RUDELY insisting I get outside the front door. Employees that do not listen AND seem deathly afraid of healthy people?!! (Um, the unmasked customers in the drive thru window are closer to DD employees than I was as a walk in!)
DD could have earned a lifelong customer as it’s such a convenient walk from my house. Instead I will NEVER be back and will tell all the fresh air loving people I know. Read moreTheir employees like to create drama with their neighbors. One of their employees blocked one of my delivery drivers from exiting our parking lot as they were trying to leave, then blocked traffic so no cars could safely pass them.
We DO NOT have assigned parking, you are not entitled to parking directly behind the store and need to park on the side of the building like literally the rest of us do. Seeing that your car is now gone shows you worked a 2 hour shift, the extra 30 foot walk isn't going to inconvenience you greatly if you are able bodied. If you are handicapped and need the extra accommodation, you need to take that up with the building manager, not come into our store and try to get our staff in trouble for a problem that...
