Customer service 5 cleaniness 5 but the sandwich was GARBAGE. Yesterday was my FIRST and LAST time ever trying Jimmy John's. I ordered a turkey sub combo. I was so disappointed first they gave me bread that was already sitting on the counter and it was hard they literally put only 2 slices of paper thin sliced turkey on my sub I couldn't even taste the turkey it was so bland I mainly tasted the onions and bread so I ended up buying extra meat and paid for cheese... It did not do it any justice. The only thing I enjoyed was the kettle chips and my sprite. I should've followed my first mind and stuck with my favorite which is Mr. Submarine at least there they know the correct ratio for meat and bread and you don't have to pay for cheese. I ordered through the app and my order should have been ready by the time I arrived at the store. It wasn't ready so I sat in my car waiting. 15 min went by and it still wasn't ready. Then a customer went in, ordered at the counter, and came out with his food all before my sandwich was made!!! It had been 20 min at this point so I went in to find out they were busy with a catering order and hadn't gotten to mine. With 3 people working I would assume at least one would be doing mobile/walk in orders but apparently not! He pulled my order and made the sandwiches but without an apology. Giving them a 5 because they are so very courteous and always greet you coming in! The sandwiches are tasty and love their bread which they sell their day-old bread on the side which is still fresh and great with salad and dishes at home. Ingredients are fresh and the bread so good. I would love to see them add more to their menu. As it is, you get an ample-sized sandwich and if you choose, chips $. But it's the taste that does it...fresh. Easy pick-up on the way or delivery, they are expedient. They also have soda's and large cookies I believe....
