On October 7, 2017, at about 8 p.m., we stopped at the service plaza on the northbound side of I95 in Darien, CT, after traveling 10 hours from North Carolina to grab a bite to eat. We were greeted by a charming, smiling African/American young man who took our order. There were four of us ordering so additional workers came out to help, including a trainee. What a great experience! All of them took pride in their work, which is very unusual in this day and age. We had friendly chit-chat back and forth, discussed how people need to be more friendly, how some people have no manners, etc. My sandwich looked like a TV ad, perfect in every way - I am not used to having my sandwich look like that when I have visited other Subway locations. Visiting with these people restored my faith that there are still good, hard working, friendly and courteous people in this world - regardless of race/color/religion etc. What a great team, keep up the good...

This location model is "you get what's on the picture" not "get it the way you want it" Not only that, but you also have an employee preparing your food with his pants 3/4 of the way down his rear end. Constantly adjusting them, while on the line. Then the manager told me. For next time, not to give them a hard time. They have go by the rules and serve the sandwiches as is. What!?
