This place is a gem. Don’t pass it up. I’ve been driving by it for a couple of weeks thinking “that place looks cute,” and we finally went in today. It’s absolutely adorable inside and impeccably clean. The proprietors are friendly, and they are genuinely appreciative almost to the point that they seem surprised when you compliment their food. Speaking of the food, it’s phenomenal. The fried plantains and homemade hot sauces are incredible. Everything is made to order, and all the produce is so fresh. Everything was perfectly seasoned and prepared beautifully. And the portions. Holy smokes. They could have charged those prices for half the amount of food on the plate and I would have said it was more than reasonably priced. We left so stuffed that we had to take one of the gorgeous pasties to go. They didn’t have flan available tonight, so I will be going back soon for that.
