Absolutely atrocious customer service. I was notified by their text service that ‘Joshua has left the store’ at 6:22. At 6:40 my pizza had not yet arrived. For reference my house is 10 minutes maximum from the store and I have ordered from this location multiple times. I had pre-paid the tip, so of course there was no incentive to getting me the food I paid for in a fresh condition. I paid for it in. At 6:40 I called the store to mention I would try it but was leery - if it wasn’t fresh I would be calling for a refund. The person on the other end of the line from this location said ‘our bags keep the pizza hot for four hours - that is from dominos corporate. You shouldn’t bother calling back because we’re not authorized to give refunds’. I said ‘excuse me? Are you saying dominos pizza does not give refunds? If that’s the case I won’t be ordering from dominos again.’ The reply was ‘that’s fine sir it is your choice to order pizza from wherever you want’. Well, obviously. I suppose dominos is in such a strong position they don’t care about customers anymore with that attitude. I certainly will follow his advice. You should too. I did ask if the manager was there - the person replied it was him. I asked for his name: ‘Morgan’. Morgan, incidentally was the name of the person who was preparing my pizza per the web page when I first ordered. Maybe that’s the problem: poor Morgan is cooking, grabbing new orders, answering the phone and managing the store. More likely no one gives real names. Also don’t get me started on dominos’ lack of an actual corporate email address for complaints - it guides you to a bot that inquires about everything about your pc. Inane....

When I got there it turned out to be the normal wait time of about 10 to 15 so the pizza had been made over an hour ago. None of this really bothered me, I don't know why I was told an hour and a half maybe it was due to some kind of miscommunication, but when one employee offered to remake the pizza another stepped in and said not too it was on me for arriving late. When I told him I was told to come in at an hour and a half he called me a liar. I called trying to explain that the online system did not update my phone number and house number as I pressed saved changes to ensure that I did. When I called he continued to tell me I had a phone number that he tried calling “40 times” so I asked him if he’d like to update my phone number with the home number and he said no he just needed my home number and hung up.
