Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Davenport

Used to be a daily customer here, and the food was great too. However, in the past few months I have observed a huge to change to staff, resulting in very poor customer service and food quality. I used to be able to walk in, and simply pick up my order right from the pickup counter. Not anymore. Now, every time I show up the order is not bagged up at all, along with my receipt, napkins, & condiments missing from the bag. Sad to post such a low star review but wish it could be lower. We at my place of employment have given this Jimmy John's several opportunities to make us some grub. Time in and time out they do nothing but disappoint. Have had 3 orders incorrect, meat not even on sandwiches, and that's if you even get a sandwich. Last time waited over 45 minutes for food. I was about to go on break at work and ordered 30 minutes before my break so it would be here on time for when I took my break. I ended up going on break without my food, still waiting and waiting. My food didn't get there until I was off my 30 minute break so I couldn't even eat it. Took an entire hour to get here.
