I took my wife and kids there to eat at the place. It was filthy and the service was horrible. The girl that took our order was rude and didn't listen when we ordered our food. When we got our food we were missing a kids meal. We asked her about it. She said we only ordered one of the kids meal and when she was going back up to put in the order she rudely asked me well do you want to order another one and when i was going up there to pay for it and gentleman that was already there eating got up and went up there and paid for it for us. The drinks in the fountain machine were luke warm even with ice. My wife found hair in her burger. I also did not get a drink with my meal. It was not mentioned with fish meals that a drink was not included in the meal. The food tasted stale and seemed like it was not fresh. Even our kids who love fries and chicken did not eat it because they thought it tasted off and they turned it down. My wife had to go ask for lids to fit her and our sons cups. Came in with my wife and two of our children to buy the 12p family pack, paid the upcharge for the cheese curd and onion ring upgrades to two of the sides, third one was fries.

Bill came out just under 80 bucks, lady was nice at the counter, food tasted okay, but the chicken planks weren't even planks, half of them were little tiny pieces, like they ran out of chicken tenders and we're just trying to take scraps and make it into planks.

The batter felt too puffy, if that makes sense and those little tiny crumbles they normally line the bottom of your boxes with, I count maybe 15.

Kind of a letdown considering we spent about $20 a person to eat.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our first visit was a disaster, our drive-thru order came out with ice cold food, overcooked fries that were so hard they were nearly impossible to eat, and an overall disappointing experience. We decided to give them a second chance, thinking maybe it was just an off day. Big mistake. The food was even worse, cold, soggy shrimp dripping with oil, and once again, rock hard fries. My partner was beyond frustrated, especially since we were starving and had spent a lot of money, only to end up throwing the food away. This place is ridiculously overpriced for the terrible quality. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Honestly, you’d be better off with a McChicken from McDonald’s than wasting your money...
