Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Davenport

We've always gone here for years, never had a problem. Till now, the customer service there is not good. They messed up my pizza two times in one night and laughed about it. I live across town and I didn't find it very amusing. I thought I would give them another shot, and they messed it up again. It was storming by the time I got home and I didnt want to drive all the way back so I called and talked to a manager. She said she was sorry and they were going to give me a free family size pizza. Well I called to order that pizza and they said they had no record in their book of messing up my pizza, and again laughing in the background. They told me I must have ordered from devils glen as I told them I live in Davenport why would I go in another town to get pizza. Maybe I should have as they seem to mess up so much. I told them I would contact corporate and wanted all their names. I am appalled at the way this business is being ran. A bunch of young brats who don't care about customer service!!!!! I WONT BE GOING TO THIS BUSINESS...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but felt this experience warranted one. My recent visit to Papa Murphy's was deeply disappointing. We were overcharged at checkout, and when we brought it to the manager’s attention, we were curtly told that the computer sets the price and nothing could be done. The tone was dismissive and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, the food did not redeem the experience. Both the pizza and breadsticks were dry and virtually flavorless. The dough tasted stale, there was barely any sauce, and the overall quality was well below expectations. We ended up discarding the food entirely, as it was inedible.

I usually order from the W. Kimberly location but when I called and ordered they just said, "this is hailey at Papa Murphys can I help u?" 20 mins later I left to go get my pizza and come to find out the Kimberly location is no longer there. I was confused and called the number back and they informed me they get all of the old locations forwarded calls. This would be helpful to tell someone when they greet u on the phone. I had to drive an extra 15 mins there and back home. When I asked for a coupon for my inconvenience and that it would be helpful to state the location when they answered they just seemed annoyed, no coupon was given. I love their pizza but I'll be...
