Came for dinner last night. Served by the owner’s daughter. She recommended the Reuben, which was delicious. I got a side salad ($2 upcharge) which seemed a little much for iceberg and shredded carrots that looked like it came from a bag-o-salad, BUT their homemade creamy garlic dressing made up for it. I also got onion rings ($1 upcharge?) instead of fries, but they LOADED the plate with the amount and I definitely got to take some home with me. They had $2 off mugs on Tuesday special so my date and I got an IPA. They have a better selection of IPA choices than most bars. The sandwich was fantastic, onion rings perfectly crisp and delightful. Service 10/10. The bill was right around $45 for 2 people with meals and drinks. Will return.

Three stars on a scale of 1 to 5 is average, not bad. Decent beer selection, but when I visited, the cooler for half the taps was malfunctioning, so the selection was significantly reduced. I had the french dip. Unfortunately, the bread they use is unable to support the meat, making it pretty messy. Their homemade chips are decent, but I have had far better... might be better without the garlic and parmesan. Their is a VERY smelly sewer grate in the street outside the business. I am not sure how customers are able to sit outside with that smell, but maybe it doesn't reach them.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The meatloaf and club were 🔥 🔥 and the potato and ham soup as well as the loaded potato salad were too. Good prices on the meals and good portions. Met the owner while we were watching sports, very personable and will frequent this spot when visiting Davenport. ————— Stopped in the next night to catch some of the ballgame, tried the shrimp cream cheese wontons, they were packed with cream cheese but I’d rather have just cream cheese vs the shrimp. Also had the Cajun soup and the chicken and cheese soup both tasty as we head into soup season.

I will NOT i repeat I WILL NOT be returning to this place ever. I also would not recommend that anyone else goes here. Yes we did have a bigger group of people but called a head like Monday to let them know. It was a bad Setting from the time we walked in the door. The lady that ended up being my tables Waitress was beening very VERY rude. She was complaining about where there was seating us rite away. We all get seated she took some of our drink orders. She came back with only the soft drink orders when asked about the adult drinks she VERY SHARPLY REPLIED with i haven't put thoses oders in yet. Then moved on to next tables drinks. After 10 minutes maybe more she came back with the adult drinks.. There was 3 maybe 4 Waitress up helping us. So now on to the food ordering. Everyone one at my table had something wrong with there oder. One of us even got some one else dinner and she told us no thats what you ordered. We where one of the first to oder and last to get food by the way. My onion rings where so Chewy I could not even eat one. I passed a few out to make sure it wasn't just me. Nope everyone said the same. It this point i had asked 2 times already to speak to the manager and no one ever came to talk to me. Now the check came. They added Gratuity to all of our checks. Now mind you that was probly 40 people will say and most of them were couples so that would make 20 checks they add 10% to each check. Not happy at all about this. When we asked why she said because of group size. Now mind you we go somewhere all most every week to eat in or with this group. Never before been forced to tip. And to be honest they would have most likely made more in tips if we would have just let us tip. So now i go to pay my bill. I wanted to Complain about my meal. Still no manager to talk to. At this point im very mad. I was very to the point but not yelling or Cussing at her i gave her a 100.00 bill for my bill and she said i cant change that why didn't you tell me that what you had. My bill was around 40 dollars. Not like it was 10 bucks and trying to pay with 100. Ive been a lot of places in my life. Ive been alone and ate and been with a 100 people ate. NEVER ONCE IN MY LIFE I HAVE FELT LIKE...

So me and a group of my friends/co workers were passing by town to pick up another friend of ours from the greyhound bus station. We were coming directly off work,so tbh didn’t really care if we look fancy, since we operate heavy maichinery. Saw the patio outside that looked really nice so we decided to have a few beers before we go back. From the minute we entered we spent useless minutes waiting for the right person to seat us or at least greet. Two different girls were trying to send us off by saying that the place is occupied, eventho it was obvious place had available tables both outside and inside. They tried to rotate their excuses by pointing at each other, claiming they r not they ones responsible and clearly stated “we don’t really know how or when or where” which was obviously a send off. Neither of em looked us directly in the eye and spoke the truth,or at least maintained eye contact while talking to us. So,we pushed and got a few seats by the bar, where they showed us the next level of total disrespect by giving us attitude, slamming that beer on the counter. So just a few minutes later they finally got a table for us,eventho their first answer was “all tables are reserved by large groups of people etc etc”. It’s funny how quick they got that table ready when we pointed some things out that mentioned in review. So,conclusion: whole evening is spoiled, tension and weird looks, staff is not friendly at all,not one bit. Totally hated this place, not coming back here and not recommending this to anybody, if I could give a negative mark in stars I would with...

Sippis is like family. The food is to die for. Me and my husband have been going here for years and it’s our date night spot. Sippis ended up catering for our wedding back in October and the food was amazing as always. It was so cool to watch people try their food for the first time. They set up everything beautifully and loved having our favorite place be apart of one of our biggest day. The bartenders are always so nice and welcoming. The food comes out so fast! Must haves are the ribs biggest in town for the price. Also I’m not a og fan of smoked ribs so these ones are amazing since their soaked in beer! Also the philly is amazing and the rascal is my favorite I always add a grilled chicken to it. Their whole menu is amazing and so are their soups! They understand eating restrictions and offer the best gluten free buns in the quad cities. Their cooks will work with you to enjoy your meal the way you need it. Like I said family! Their portions are huge and you never leave hungry and if you eat all your food you are my hero because I always have left overs! Deserts are a must here so you have to try the HOMEMADE bread pudding me and my husband used this as our cake at our wedding and people who normally don’t like bread pudding loved it. The owners will help and always at your reach!!! And the bartenders lindsay and Julie are so creative and have the best suggestions and are so fun to be around! So thankful for sippis and allow us locals into their fine...
