Carrburritos is everything you could want in a taqueria and more! I ordered the chorizo quesadilla with flour chips and queso, and let me tell you-it was absolutely incredible. The chorizo was perfectly spiced, the cheese was gooey and delicious, and the flour chips added just the right crunch. Paired with the queso, it was hands down one of the best meals l've ever had. Each bite was a burst of flavor that just kept me coming back for more! Beyond the amazing food, the service here is outstanding. The staff is so friendly and genuinely cares about your experience. They made sure I had everything I needed and took the time to check in, even during a busy night. You can feel how passionate they are about making every visit special, and it truly shows. The atmosphere in Carrburritos is unbeatable. The vibrant decor, lively music, and welcoming vibe make it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a fantastic meal. The tables are well-spaced, adding comfort to the whole experience, and the upbeat music just adds to the fun, energetic ambiance. This was my first experience at Carrburritos on Saturday night. I went with a few girlfriends for margaritas and I got the chicken quesadilla. The food and the drinks were good however when I was served my plate there was an additional plate underneath. Like most Mexican restaurants I assumed it was a hot plate and did not pick the first plate up till I almost done eating. When I did it was very unsettling what I discovered. Underneath my plate was someone else’s left overs of steak and onions that had been eaten off of. The lack of service for over a $100 meal was disappointing and the wait staff was non-existent. I flagged the first person down and told them the situation and they just removed the plate from me and walked away. The next person we flagged down and I told them the situation they just completely ignored me and started telling me their drink specials for another day. This overall situation was disappointing because we went to this restaurant believing it was covid friendly. Apparently this was not the case and this situation could have been easily fixed...

Baja shrimp taco is my favorite. I have had the nachos with chorizo, which come layered to perfection and piled high with topping yumminess. I love their selection of salsas and make sure I get the frutas salsa almost every time. The basket of chips has a mix of flour and corn tortillas to dip into your salsa.

Quesadillas are good. I was surprised to get the sweet potato mash in it one time and thought it was surprisingly great and messy. The bowls are a good option too. I haven't had anything I didn't like but I constantly go back to the baja shrimp tacos and the nachos but mix it up with different toppings each time.

Cheese dip is good. Margaritas are better. They have a crazy selection of margaritas, a must if you go. They have good beer selection too.

They have great outdoor patio seating & a decent amount of seating inside. You walk in and order at the counter, pay and then grab a seat at the bar and order that yummy margarita (maybe blueberry?) or enjoy the weather outdoors. Great location on South Main in...
