I love this place This was the second time for me, and I messed up very badly. . I accidentally somehow got the back of my paper stuck to my stencil. They redid the stencil after realizing we could not get it off. Kim was amazing she helped me through the process so I could get the project done. Kim was terrific!!! I can’t say enough about her! But!!! I did feel sorry for the table behind us they had six at they’re table which was very crowded and there instructor was on the phone or on her I pad the whole time and continued to walk through and bump into the people at our table who were taking the workshop, when we we're painting and trying to do our projects she continuously was walking through the isles to the desk and back. She was very nice but seemed to not really care about her table or the people around her doing they’re projects. At one point my sister was painting and she literally laid a project down on the corner of the table where my sister was working and laid another persons project / board right on top of her paint. It was so weird she could have went to the empty table behind us or to the other side of our table where there was no one but she just laid the project down and seemed oblivious, to what she was doing. I hope this is not how she acts all the time because she seemed very pre- occupied by the phone and her I Pad and not to instructing her table or paying attention to what she was doing to your people taking the class and the other instructors. I love this place but in order to make it a little less crowded and more organized maybe try to have the tables not so close together some how move your front desk to the left or right etc. move it to a different side so you can spread the three tables apart a little more. These are just suggestions. I do love this workshop and they’re so many awesome projects to choose from. It is a great place to go with friends or family. Thank you for...
Read moreWe had such a fantastic experience at AR Workshop over the weekend! From the moment we walked in, Mark and Jackie were incredibly welcoming and helpful, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for crafting. We each did a different project, one made their own candles , and the process was surprisingly easy and super fun—there were so many scents to choose from, and the finished product turned out beautifully! One designed a canvas bag, which was a great mix of creativity and practicality. The team guided us step-by-step, with lots of choices on what to create. I did a wood plank graduation photo holder which turned out great, we did it in her school colors and now have one of her senior pics already on it! Mark and Jackie really care about the details and made sure everything turned out just right. Whether you're celebrating something special or just looking for a creative outlet, I highly recommend AR Workshop. It’s perfect for all skill levels, and you leave with something you're genuinely proud of. Can’t wait...
Read moreUnfortunately I have good and bad experiences with AR workshop Davidson branch! Ladies showing us how to make the boards were very very nice but please if you sign up for making charcuterie board, know that you can’t put food on the board as it is painted. The sealant they offer was not available at this branch, it would not work anyway as it is non toxic to protect the painted food. Non toxic does not mean food safe! The owner of the branch returned only one time my phone call, did not return 2-3 of my phone calls. I am at Frederic MD AR workshop, she did not pick up the phone call either. I went in the store she was sitting at the desk. Basically I find the service very unprofessional and leave it up to the customers to judge! This feedback is based on charcuterie board...
