Store staff absolutely horrific! My boyfriend had gone inside for me to grab an Oreo milkshake (you guys call them THICKSHAKES). He returns to the car with something resembling MELTED ice cream. When I say melted, I mean the "shake" was liquid. I get out of the car and walk inside, there's a line, so I wait for my turn. A woman ( Ms.Roxanna) walks out from the back, hands the gentleman in front of me his cake and makes a facial gesture towards me to speak with her. I walk over to her, cup in hand, and say "hello my boyfriend just bought this shake for me, but it is liquid." Her response was something along the lines of "what do you want". I asked may please have a refund, in which her response was no. But she did say she can give me something else. So I had said ok. Can I have the milkshake I wanted made properly. That's when it went all wrong and she decided that she was going to tell me I was yelling at her and that this is how a milk shake is because there's milk in it. This argument continued as she made the replacement, she then took her mask off with my shake in hand, no lid, and CONTINUED TO YELL AT ME. I had then asked her how she was working with my food with out her mask on, she did not respond to that. Then she blames the gentleman at the register for making the shake too liquid. Then HE STARTS YELLING AT ME! Now at this point, I'm pretty upset as I'm being attacked by two employees who have utterly disappointing customer service skills. I myself work in a restaurant AND would NEVER treat a customer like that! They were incredibly disrespectful, rude, and quite literally disgusting. Not to mention the smell of the store front! As soon as you walk in there is a deathly smell of mold/rotten milk. I have eaten from this location on multiple different occasion's and have never been treated so poor or had such a terrible experience....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been going to this Carvel for years and probably buy a Fudgey the Whale cake more than three times a year. Weāre faithful, loyal customers and have always been kind and friendly with those who work here. That being said, yesterday I went in to pick up an order for a Fudgey cake that we pre-ordered two days before. We told her the day and time 3 times during the phone call. Yet when we came in, she apologized and told me she got the day wrong but she could get it ready in ten minutes. Ok no problem. Ten minutes later, she rushes to decorate the cake, I pay and begin the 10 minute drive home to put it in the freezer before the event. By the time I get home and look at the cake, all the icing and decorations she had done had slid completely off the cake. This is because it hadnāt been frozen with the rest of the cake and it had not set properly, which is why they typically make these things ahead of time. When we call back to ask about getting another one or even a refund the woman flies off the handle, accuses me of dropping it, tells me itās impossible and refused to take responsibility for it before hanging up on us!!! The rudest and most horrific customer service I have ever experienced. We wound up eating the cake as a melted mess after we attempted to refreeze it but do not give these horrible people your service. They do not deserve it. We will never buy a cake from this...

We went to this place a few times in the past couple months and wow horrible service every single time..Apparently the older gentleman and woman there are the only workers for this place and clearly don't value their customers. Biggest issue here is the amount of ice-cream you get. You buy a large and they barely give you an amount for a small cup inside a large cup which clearly they are being stingy and trying to cheat people of what they are paying for. Also the soft serve here is always watered down like the machine is running on a low cold setting for them to probably save on their light bill. Always melts within seconds of being served. I worked at Dairy Queen as a teen and serving soft serve icecream the way they do was not allowed because it meant the machine needed time to freeze more. Like this is supposed to be a family establishment and these people are the grouchiest 2 inviduals I've ever met in an ice-cream parlor..Like if you're that miserable and mean to people why even work here? I'm honestly shocked how they remain open. Dont recommend coming here what so ever. Just go to coldstone down the road and get what...
