My wife Went in for milk tea 9/14/25 around 11:30am. Ordered two drinks and paid with a young, very patient, gentleman who answered all my questions regarding original drink selections. After paying, was later told that they were out of stock of an ingredient (milk cap) and had to order something different. Tracey was very rude during this process and stated that the new order had to be the same price if a different drink was selected, not to mention she was sitting in the lobby booth watching tv and eating snacks right off the lobby table upon arrival. Confusion with bill occurred with drink swap since menu prices on the tv displays did not line up with price that was charged (two large basic milk teas, black and Thai, with boba was $20!?!). Tracey responded that the menu on the wall was outdated, by 8 years, and that they had new prices (on a print out near the register covered in stickers reflecting ânewâ prices).. When new drinks were selected and made, one had to be re-done as it was incorrect (honest mistake by the other employee). Tracey was very unhelpful to this employee and he appeared a bit uncomfortable with the situation. Tracey only got up from the lobby booth for three reasons: 1. to point out on the printed drink menu the options that were available to choose from in the same price range, 2. argue why my receipt total was correct after new drinks were selected and 3. to take which seemed like a familiar customers order. While I was waiting for my drink, she made sure to let the gentleman who was assisting me know, with attitude, to take the incorrect drink back from me. Tracey was very unwelcoming, unprofessional, and impolite in the way she approached this situation today.. if it wasnât for the kind gentleman (name started with an A, full name will be avoided for his privacy), a full refund would have been requested to avoid further service. Because of this, this location will not be visited again moving forward due to this particular employee. I would highly suggest this location update the tv menus on the wall, specifically prices, to avoid further customer confusion. I placed a pickup order from the app and paid with the funds from my account and used a credit card for the remaining balance. Upon arriving the store, they advised me that the order was not in their system, so they were not able to make our drinks. I showed the store manager the order details they still refused to process our order by stating that they were not receiving the money from the cooperate. I was asked to contact the bank to request a refund. I told them I paid with my gift card balance then they told me to contact the cooperate in order to get my money back. If the store is not a part of the system, why is it available to place orders? I did not see any notes from the app that this store was not accepting app orders. I placed the order and the funds were processed. It should be the communication between the store. If the store is not ready for the app service, please take yourself off from the app as a pick up option. I had been a customer with kingfu tea for over a decade.    Read moreMy daughter wanted to treat me today for Kung Fu Tea, we usually do that every other week, but this visit turned into a nightmare. We are clients of this place but today might just be our last day. My daughter usually orders beforehand, she has a baby with her so she just orders, picks up and go... The guys at the counter told her that she had not placed an order; so she had to wait to be tended to place another order. The entire ordeal was about one and a half hour. It is frustrating driving such a long distance for bad customer service. She was so upset, she didn't even re-order her drink. Not only did she have to wait, they were also rude. I am trying to drink the coconut milk tea, but it looks grainy as when the milk is bad. I have had it before, I don't see a reason why it looks this way... The black pearls are not even well cooked. She also got me the "ginger" milk.... it's honey. These are drinks that we ALWAYS order, we usually purchase the same 6-7 drinks, so I know EXACTLY how they taste .... đ Talk about a nightmare.
