Center Bar (in Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood) — Restaurant in Davie

If I could this this place no stars, I would. This was the worst service I have ever received. From a place like hard rock that prides themselves on hospitality and customer service, they should be extremely disappointed with their staff at Center bar. We were there last night and center bar was the least busy out of all the other bars which is why we chose it. We waited over half an hour after being seated for a waitress to even acknowledge us. There were two different waitresses serving the tables on either side of us and neither one of them even acknowledged that we were sitting down at their table. Finally, I went to the manager and asked if we were supposed to let somebody know we sat down despite confirming with the hostess upon arrival that once we chose a table a waitress would accommodate us. We waited over half an hour after being seated for a waitress to even look at us. There were two different waitresses serving the tables on either side of us and neither one of them even acknowledged that we were sitting down at their table. Finally, I went to the manager and asked if we were supposed to let somebody know we sat down despite confirming with the hostess upon arrival that once we chose a table a waitress would accommodate us. The manager sent over one of the waitresses that was tending to the table next to us and we ordered two rounds because we were not sure when we would see her again. 45 minutes later we watched a different waitress pick up our drinks from the bar and take them to her table. She placed one of the drinks down in front of a gentleman and asked him “is this your drink?” He tasted the drink and said no and the rest of the table was confused at the sight of the drinks as they were waiting for the ones they had ordered. One of the gentleman reminded the waitress that they all ordered beers (we ordered liquor. It was not remotely close.) As she walked back to the bar, we tried to grab her attention to let her know that they were our drinks, she looked at us and continued walking. Nobody then figured out who those drinks belong to. We did not even see them go back to the bar for us to grab them ourselves. After that, we left. We waited over an hour to order and receive two drinks (which we clearly never received$ for two people even though the tables beside us were being taken care of. I understand the service industry can be overwhelming, but the bar was almost empty. There was no good excuse as to why we were not taken care of or even acknowledged by the staff. Let me begin with saying as I walk in getting ready to gamble with my wife and a friend we approach the center bar we’re we asked for 3 margaritas, For the 3 margaritas I was charged 96 dollars ok so I paid for it, immediately I saw my margarita didn’t have any salt around the cup so I asked the bartender what happened to the salt and she said they ran out, it’s (THE HARD-ROCK) how do you run out of salt, ok so I took the first drink and wow this by far was the worst margarita I’ve ever had I called the supervisor and she tried her self and said this is bad I’ll get some one else to make you a margarita so they brought back the margarita while the bartender that made the first one was giving me an unpleasant look, so what I don’t understand is when they brought back the margaritas it had the salt that the bartender said there wasn’t any so that means it didn’t even run through her mind on making us feel welcomed and having a...

I will NEVER come to this place and this is actually a zero star rating. These were the most disrespectful group of employees I have EVER dealt with. I was vacationing in Miami from Wyoming. I was born and raised in Wyoming & still currently live there (hence me showing them a Wyoming ID) The employee who checked my ID insisted it was fake and that I was not the age I am. Said he would go to the back and scan my ID to make sure it was real. He did not scan it but instead grabbed a “manager” and they both insisted my ID was fake because they refused to scan it, asked me 3 times, “how old are you really?” and then when I told them to just forget it and give me my ID back, the employee did not want to give me my ID back and I had to ask him for it back 5 times.
