Robert and Sam greeted us and were very welcoming. Our seating was excellent very comfortable and offered a wonderful view of the restaurant.

Robert told us all about the special and made awesome suggestions based on our answers to his questions and the questions we asked.

Sam was very attentive and quick and super friendly.

I had a very smooth and well blended Woodford old fashioned. Super smooth not overly reliant on any specific ingredient. The ice cube was perfectly clear and clearly cut in house and by hand.

My dinner guest had the Guava Nojito, they described it as ā€œIt’s a tart but sweet explosion on the tongue and immediately makes the mouth water for another sip. It’s refreshing. The menu I’ve seen it once that is enough.ā€

I had the nights special: Rigatoni with a rosƩ sauce and I added grilled chicken.

The sauce was absolutely amazing. Not too much spice but enough to provide a delicious flavor that complimented the tomatoes and mascarpone perfectly. The pasta was perfect. And I learned that Lilly, was the in house pasta maker. She is an actual wizard. My deepest thanks to her from bottom of my heart.

My guest had the Bolognese. The sauce used veil, lamb and pork for the meats. A linguini noodle that again warrants thanks to Lilly for her efforts.

The plate had the perfect balance between meat sauce and pasta. Every bite was packed with flavor from start to finish. If I could have taken home an extra cup of bolognese, I would have.

We finished off with lemoncello and a cappuccino.

Both hand crafted...

I got to say I am still impress with this restaurant. Went there on Saturday night with my husband, honestly I was not expecting anything extraordinary from a casino restaurant but they really proved me wrong. First, although they were very busy we got accommodated at a decent time. The hostess Angelica was very diligent and helpful since we did not have reservations. We sat down and immediately our waitress came to the table and greeted us. She came to explain their Italian concept, their home made dishes and even an explanation on Italian wines. Lots of knowledge I haven’t seen in any other restaurant. She was very gracious and offered us two styles of dining. Now, this I have never seen anywhere else. I was curious as of what that meant so I asked. Leo offered us to create a menu for us and she will make sure we will never forget the experience. We accepted the challenge and OMG. From the charcuterie board and all the way to the cheesecake and coffee EVERYTHING was superb. She would come and explain each dish as they were being delivered. We were in awe and still are. I can’t wait to bring my family so she can serve us again since it was exactly what she said: an experience not a diner. Highly recommend it. I want to thank the guy ( forgot his name) who was constantly making sure we had water and clean after every dish. Also the manager, a young man who came and check if...

Surprisingly delish food here. We came on Father's Day Sunday around 6pm and there was no line (normally I was told there is a line waiting to get in). The chef specials of the day were lamb and potato gnocchi (both are not on the menu). Despite the $64 price tag, the lamb entree was totally worth its price. The meat easily fell off the bone. Do not get the potato gnocchi, it was nothing special and definitely not worth the $29 price tag. Someone in our family was vegetarian so we got a Wild Mushroom Pizza to share. We have four food connoisseurs in our party and they were nonstop complimenting how well-made the pizza was, from the crust to the cooking skills. Calamari Fritti was fried so perfectly crispy yet not oily at all. We also got the Spaghetti Squash and it is basically a squash shredded into thin spaghetti pieces which my dad, who hardly compliments on food, really enjoyed in addition to the Sausage Orecchiette Pasta. We also ordered the Baby Kale salad/insalate and although it was nothing special the ingredients seem very fresh. Expect to spend around $40 to $50 per person for a decent filling meal here. Service was excellent too. They will regularly come to fill your cup with water. FYI, no free refills on coffee; each cup is $4. Overall my parents were well impressed with the food and has been raving about it to others...

It was about time for us to try Cipresso especially the restaurant is located at entrance of the Casino playing hall and it looks like a nice place First the hostess she didn’t accept us as walk in for dinner and requested that we should have a reservation otherwise eating fir one hour! I just opened my phone and booked at open table and got confirmation immediately and walked back to the hostess and showed her my reservation and suddenly there is a table for us !! Weird that we took our time and ate and left the place while there was many empty tables around us when we seated and these same tables stayed empty after we left the place !!! This is strange and not a good policy Now let’s talk about the food - The Calamari was good and well prepared and served, - The Carpaccio was thick and not that good - The meatballs pizza was dry and not very good - The potatoes which they called French fries was not good at all - The Italian red wine Chianti was not as good as it should be and my fault to listen to the waitress advice since these guys mostly want sell the most expensive without any real enough knowledge

Miguel was training Robert, so both men were our servers. I’m not sure that I’ve ever encountered a server who was as passionate about food and drink as Miguel was. His eyes lit up and he put his body into describing menu items and cocktails. He shared little bits about items that were incorporated from his country, the Dominican Republic, and tidbits about the processes in Italy behind the making of wines on their list. He had me and my husband considering menu items that we can’t/don’t eat! šŸ˜‚ When I complimented him on his incredible service, he shared that he LOVES entertaining people with food and drink. Meanwhile Robert’s attention to detail and general attentiveness was outstanding. Superhubs and I both have diet restrictions and he was determined that we’d have yummy dishes prepared according to our needs. They made a great team. As if the service wasn't enough, the food was remarkable! My pizza was flavorful and cooked just right. My husbands pasta was perfectly seasoned. Our only regret was that we were too full to eat dessert!
