Very rude, talked over me as I tried to say what I wanted. I teach so understanding me shouldn’t have been a problem. The problem was listening and paying attention by the employees.
Never asked what I wanted on 2 subs. And all of a sudden they stated talking to another customer behind me as I stood at counter with meat being cut for 2 other subs. And I was telling them items wanted on 2 subs at the toppings part. And I looked up and my subs disappeared????
These “children” who were more interested in taking with each other. Turns out somehow gave my order although half done to a customer who must have preordered their subs.
When I was standing in front of the toppings not yet to cash register. Asking what just happened to my subs. The customer came back in and said not only wrong subs but also wrong toppings on 2 subs, NO toppings on 2 subs and missing a steak sub.
The children completely lost now. Finally realizing what they just did handed me that order just returned and obviously opened by that customer. Reached back to items against the wall and without an apology handed her those.
Then with my order opened, handled by the other customer especially with no gloves, out of the “sanitary” store and only partially complete. The person started to ring them up on the register, giving them to me exactly as the other customer just gave them back to them. Asked if I wanted drinks and couldn’t care less what just went on or the condition of my order.
I asked for a manager and a kid named “Jay” said he was in charge couldn’t seem to comprehend any of the situation that was occurring. I asked for Jersey Mike’s customer service phone number. And was told “THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE IT TO CUSTOMERS”. I quickly Goggled it and sure enough NO customer service phone number listed anywhere for Jersey Mike’s.
He offered a 10% discount. I still don’t think he cared or understood as I and 2 other employees tried(they seemed lost) to explain what just occurred my subs as there were given to another customer, unsanitary as the subs left the store, were opened and handled by the customer and possibly others, all subs halfway completed, not even sure if all were mine as I didn’t inspect them as I never thought they would try to just sell them to me and not even checked by an employee and they should have been thrown away plus this ordeal was over 30 minutes by then in an empty store when I arrived with plenty of employees. Just not caring about what they were being paid to do. It was not busy at 3:25 pm on a weekday.
I should have read the reviews for this location. Better yet if Jersey Mike’s cared they should read them. Many don’t leave reviews just go somewhere else. Our local app “Nextdoor”, Also Cooper City, Davie, Yelp, Goggle and Facebook have real interesting reviews for this location. Being a few blocks from an High School, other schools, many developments and many other sub places Firehouse, Sublicous, DeSalvos, Subway, Publix, Target and many more within blocks. I have been to other Jersey Mike’s locations and NEVER seen nor experienced anything like this circus.
The location has been opened long enough to have properly trained employees and management.
After this mess and wasted time. I had to rush into Firehouse Subs who is right across the street. And took care of the order in a timely fashion. And every sub made exactly to order. And untouched by other customer’s hands.
*It’s been well over 10 days since I left my honest review of the situation at this Jersey Mike’s location. Again there is NO customer service phone number anywhere to be found for Jersey Mike’s. You can only contact them email. Which I did several times starting of the day of the incident I wrote about.
NOT ONLY DIDN’T THEY RESPOND TO THIS WRITTEN REVIEW. BUT DID NOT RESPOND TO MY REVIEWS SENT TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT BY EMAIL.
They think they’re above mere customers. Other reviews/complaints on Goggle and Yelp also reported they were NEVER responded to either by Jersey Mike’s. And many mentioned also no phone...

I feel like I'm eating just bread and I love your bread but some meat n veggies woulda been nice, lost a customer for life now. Laspadas it is!!
This place just sucks now, I just placed an Uber order for me and my family, I cannot drive and they just canceled it right after I submitted it!! If you cannot handle the lunch rush hour then you should take your establishment off of Uber then instead of people getting together an order placing it and expecting food to be delivered and you CANCELED IT!! & not the 1st time it's happened either my husband just said!!
