I ordered the Family Feast and they did an excellent job with providing the proper food I asked for. We ordered 2 separate orders of Lo Mein and Fried Rice. We ordered 2 orders of chicken, one Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli. The meal also came with rolls we received like 12 rolls. The total I paid for this was $53. It was pricey but it was worth the amount paid, plus it was delivery. Now, with that aside, I ordered this a second time and they completely messed my order up. They claimed they put more rice and Lo Mein in the same container instead of giving me 2 separate containers like they did last time for me, I reported this to Uber eats and I got my money back. However I ordered here a 3rd time because I figured they would get it right this time but I REGRET it. They messed up the Lo Mein AND the rice again. Claiming they put more in the same container AGAIN. But what’s funny is I ordered 2 orders of chicken and I got 2 orders of chicken, they didn’t put them in the same container which doesn’t make ZERO sense. Then they only gave us 6 Rolls this time instead of 12. I ordered this for a big party and I was utterly embarrassed at what I saw before me. I went to the store and they claimed they did it right yet AGAIN. They were extremely stubborn and i was not. The last thing I want to do to anyone is be a headache. So I got my money back from Uber Eats. I will NEVER eat at another Panda Express. I gave them a second chance because I work at a restaurant I know things can be complicated. But the fact that they can sit there and lie to my face saying they put more in a container that I bought before and they gave me 2 is RIDICULOUS. ALSO when I bought the broccoli Beef the 3rd time they literally filled the entire entire with broccoli. I kid you not, I didn’t find not 1 spec of meat, and if I did it was EXTREMELY small. The most important thing from ANY restaurant is it’s ability to be consistent with its orders. If that’s all I could ever get from the order that’s ok. I wouldn’t be happy but it’s ok. It’s the idea that I bought this order before and I got A WHOLE LOT OF FOOD. And if I’m going to pay the SAME amount of money I expect the SAME order. Not some half made thing they gave me TWICE in a row. It was utterly terrible. My Rolls were only 6, the beef broccoli might as well just be broccoli, and the 2 orders of Lo Mein and Rice was lied to my face claiming they put them in the same container... if that’s the case then why when I ordered 2 orders of chicken I got two separate containers of chicken? I REALLY hope the owner of this store is reading this. I do NOT want anyone else to experience the embarrassment I felt at my party that night. I expected a lot from Panda Express, but I got nothing. I came in through the front door of the restaurant at 10:40pm going above the speed limit risking a speeding ticket as I was doing well over 20 above. Instead of being greeted friendly I get "we are closed" in a nasty attitude "the last person that went out left the door open" as if that's my fault. Then I blurt out "are you serious"? (Because I had looked it up on google and saw they were open till 11pm) And she responds "yeah, we are closed". I step outside and look at their hours of operation, and see the drive thru closes at 11pm. There was plenty of staff around that saw the exchange and no one though to tell me that the drive thru was still open. I guess that's what they do at this establishment, they turn down business. So I go through the drive thru only because my wife is craving Panda Express, and when I get my food and get home notice all the proteins are scraps. Which I was not even able to order the actual proteins I wanted because they were out. Read moreThe service today was horrible! I went in on my lunch break; which is only half an hour, I left almost an hour later waiting for my food. While I watched others being taken care of right in front of me. They told me the food that I ordered was coming out fresh and it would only be three minutes, after watching them served over 20 people in front of me I had to say something; because they were taking care of other customers needs and wants while I had been waiting before everyone else. When I ask for a refund all of a sudden my food was ready. Then they told me oh it's cold let us fix it for you again I said no. But then again they insisted after getting my new warm food back I then discovered I was missing the original food that I ordered. When I went back to the counter to address the matter they pretty much called me a liar and said that I didn't pay enough let me see your receipt.
