Starbucks — Restaurant in Davie

I'm quite disappointed to leave this review, as I've had the worst experience three times in a row at this Starbucks location. Being a new mom and having a demanding job, I rely on my daily pick-me-up from this place, but the recent visits have left me disheartened.

As a frequent customer, it's disheartening to have encountered such subpar service. My usual order, a shaken espresso, has been consistently disappointing. Lately, it either tastes burnt or is served in a size equivalent to a grande in a bento cup.

However, today's experience was the last straw. When I received my order, my cup was only half filled. I politely asked if they could top it up, as it was simply intolerable. Unfortunately, I was met with attitude from the girl at the register. Her response was, "What, you want more milk?" I nodded and said yes, but when my cup was returned, it was dripping with milk from all sides, and there was no attempt to clean it up. I was so frustrated that I immediately threw the cup away.

It's high time that Starbucks' operations team takes a closer look at this store and reevaluates their staff training, especially in terms of customer service. The consistent decline in service and the lack of professionalism in handling simple requests like mine is a significant concern. This Starbucks is pretty consistent. Staff is nice and they have regulars that come in and out often. It can get super busy during the morning rush when EVERYONE wants their morning coffee fix. Lol.

I love Starbucks during the holidays. They have such festive items for sale. Loving the cute little Starbucks ornaments. They're also doing a collab with Wicked at this time so you can find select themed items at your location.

I save up my Starbucks rewards for mugs or tumblers now. It's not worth it to use the rewards towards coffee drinks or food anymore. I will say Starbucks has a wonderful selection of nice mugs and tumblers and I usually wait it out for the ones I really really want. Spent the money, want to reap the rewards.

I have several in my personal collection and the quality is super nice. I snagged a beautiful modern abstract art wide mug on this recent visit. I've been eyeing it as a potential. Wish it was a tall and thin mug but I can make the wide mug work. It's so pretty to look at.

We got the mug and a breakfast sandwich. I love all the breakfast food options here. The Impossible breakfast sandwich is actually tasty! Love love love all the sous vide egg bites. I had to walk here from a Chic-fil-a that gave me a hard time. I had went up to the register and instantly asked what their mask mandate policy was because of my horrible experience coming out of Chic-fil-a. I had told them if it was alright for me to eat in their establishment since I was fully vaccinated and would purchase a macchiato to cheer up after being dismissed from the Chic-fil-a prior. I had talked to Jacob a cash register who was super nice/understanding and took my order for me so I could sit down just to eat my other purchase and find out the fries were soggy and still somewhat freezer cold. I had to throw them away after picking out the ones that weren't completely freezer cold and dump the rest in the trash inside of the Starbucks. I am never going to eat at that Chic-fil-a ever again but if I ever run through that area out of respect if I was thirsty and needed a real pick me up I'd stop by at that Starbucks location. They had superb customer service and even gave water to a homeless woman who had stopped by in the store. They are and will remain...
