1/1/2025 UPDATE: Still pretty much the same. No carnitas this time but my bowl is still assembled with no care. When you ask to drain the mud off from the beans or the water from the salsa you're given a look like you asked them to clean their room. The dining room was dirty and the drink station a mess. No forks, No napkins and trash everywhere.
11/7/2024 UPDATE: Food was better except the cold items were so cold it was like they were thawing still from the freezer made my carnitas bowl cold. The servers still can't figure out not everyone wants a bowl of the water from the beans and the salsas. Ice tea was bitter there were no napkins and I got lucky to get on of the last five forks. Chipotle could be awesome if staff were trained to focus on customers and not just turning out orders.
08/14/2023 UPDATE: No iced tea or lemonades, drink area was a wreck and no napkins. After looking around the trash cans were overflowing tables were not being wiped except by customers. I was as nice and friendly as could be but never got one word out of the person slopping my choices into the bowl. I felt like I got a dirty look for asking to drain the soup from the black beans, I just wanted black beans not black bean soup. My Carne had two huge junks of pure fat, not really a big deal except you get less meat when they give you giant junks of fat. At least ten people behind the counter and they all looked miserable.
I'm going to keep giving one star reviews at every chipotle. Here's why, it's rare that I can get someone who is ready to listen to how I want my bowl made. They slop the ingredients into the bowl with all of the water. Before I could even get the words out the item was slopped on top of the last. I EFFIN HATE A BOWL WITH HALF INCH OF WATER AND JUICES IN IT!!! Am I the only one that hates this? They don't seem to be getting...
Read moreManager working Fri night June 2 was TERRIBLE ,however my rating is solely based on Ramin and Auriel- the two staff members that assisted me with my order and checking out.
I am a very frequent chipotle visitor. I know an average portion of meat from a small and large amount. Ramin gave me initially a less than average portion of chicken el pastor. I was a little disappointed but I understand it happens. I asked for double meat and to my surprise the double portion was slightly more than average. The manager however made a face at him, almost scolding him. She (manager name starts with J) proceeded to be rude to Ramin when he requested a side tortilla for me in the name of 'she was currently assisting a customer'. There is no reason to treat team members like this, especially in front of customers. This looked very bad on the manager.
Congrats on the 5 stars. Knowing that the worker Ramin could be potentially reprimanded made me post this. I paid for double meat, and I got double meat- this manager has likely left many visitors with a bad interaction/experience.
MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT I'm literally sick of getting nickled and dimed over the consistent reduced portions of rice and meat. Managements willingness to consistently manage smaller portion sizes has made it that I will actively avoid this location or chipotle all together. And MESSAGE TO MANAGER J, learn to balance the demands from upper management with customer service. Also read up on team building and self...
Read moreI came in and ordered a bowl. I saw they had 3 vinaigrettes and i asked for 2. ( they are only ever filled halfway the container) Manager refused to allow me to get 2 vinaigrettes. She said she just got 2 online orders that were salads. She proceeded to call me “selfish” and when I said I would pay for it , as I am already paying extra for a side tortilla, she said “ money doesn’t solve everything”. Another employee as well as the manager said how I shouldn’t even be able to get a vinaigrette “ what is she gonna do pour it on her rice and beans?” I asked for the managers name she said it wasn’t my business. The cashier began to defend her saying “We’re not allowed to give you that information that’s why we don’t have name tags”. After arguing back and forth I went to get napkins and a fork but shocker , none were there. I go back to ask for it and the cashier is calling me crazy to her coworkers. I told the manager how it’s very inappropriate of a worker to be screaming in the back calling a guest “crazy”. All of this because of a sauce . Very rude , Very lazy (just make more to avoid running out) . Not customer friendly. Not the first time this manager has kept stuff from customers in house to have some for future online orders. She one time said they were out of steak and when I saw some being given to the togo area, she said they only have it for online orders and not for anyone in store. NO ONE should ever be talked to like this and...
