I’ve been here for over 45 minutes.. So far a few people that were waiting gave up and left. Now you would think that would bump me up in line in some way but nope. I’m still standing here, yes standing because they only have two chairs. People have walked in and gotten a single pie and left so I asked how come they go theirs and I’m waiting for 4 cheese I asked for coming up on an hour ago? The lady stated they didn’t have 4 ready at once yet. So if I heard that correctly they’re waiting till they catch up in line before I ever get my pizza? I am late for an event that started at 4pm it’s now 4:20pm. The only reason I didn’t go anywhere else is because it is pouring down rain so hard you can hardly see out of the window.
I cannot quite explain the frustration building inside of me watching these people walk in and grab pizza and walk out leaving me standing here like the movie ghost where no one sees me. I’m somewhere between the point of snapping and screaming on one end and remembering the movie “waiting” where they messed with everyone’s food who complained. The nerd in the back wiping the sweat from his forehead with his ungloved hand is also preparing the pizza ungloved. I am hoping the oven kills what dna he has left behind on my dough.
Does something need to be done about this place? Absolutely! Will it happen? Probably not but atleast someone will read this and proceed to the next pizza establishment where long lines, rude customer service and dna infested pizza are things of the past.
I’d like to add that I’m writing this as I’m still sitting on the lobby, a place you’ll become all to familiar with if you chose to get a pizza here. I’ve proof read this for spelling errors and corrected what I’ve found however my frustration is probably making me miss a few here and there. I apologize. Point being it is now over an hour and I am still waiting for pizzas that seemingly...
Read moreI had a very upsetting and frankly disturbing experience at this location. I placed an online order for a cheese pizza, but when I arrived, the pizza they had prepared was pepperoni. I'm not entirely sure whether the error was on my end or theirs, but rather than working with me to find a solution, two female employees began yelling at me in Spanish. There was a clear language barrier, and they didn’t seem to understand even basic English, which made resolving the issue very difficult.
I remained calm and even offered to pay for a new pizza with no pepperoni — just to move on peacefully. It took nearly 10 minutes just to explain that to them. When the new pizza was finally ready, they insisted I also take the original pepperoni one. I politely explained that due to religious dietary restrictions, I couldn’t even touch the box of the pork-based item and asked them to discard it for me. Instead, one of them continued to aggressively push the box toward me, refusing to understand or acknowledge my request.
It genuinely felt like there was some underlying hostility toward religious dietary practices — Their unwillingness to respect a simple, reasonable request, and their aggressive attitude when I explained it involved my faith, was deeply unsettling. I left the unwanted pizza on the counter and walked out feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and unheard.
I ended up paying for two pizzas and walked away with one — and a very hateful encounter. I hope management takes this seriously and offers their staff better training, not only in communication but also in basic cultural and religious sensitivity. No customer should ever be made to feel like their faith or background is an inconvenience.
To add to this, their “pizza portal” never works. It makes the pickup process very inconvenient and slow defeating its...
Read morePlaced an order though the app at 12:25pm. Said it would be ready for pick up 12:47. I got to the store at 12:55 to give them a few extra minutes as I know they’re normally busy. I surprised when there were no cars in like at the window. A lady inside looked like she was working with a customer so I waited patiently. After she completed that transaction she was led over to where 2 other employees were standing and proceeded to have a conversation with them in plain view of the window for 20 minutes, one of the women looked at me once but never acknowledged me. I saw another employee a young Hispanic man help 2 customers at the counter that came in after me and the now 7 cars behind me got there. (3 cars then pulled out of line I would have done so as well if I didn’t pre pay) cars started honking, still no acknowledgment from anyone on the staff. Finally the 2 other woman walk out the door, get in a car and leave together. The woman in the store opens the window and says a paragraph to me in Spanish (which I don’t speak) I tell her my name she closes the window, starts helping customers at the counter. Then the younger Hispanic man comes to the window, asks my name, brings me an order, I look on the box and it was foe someone named Shirell, my name is Anthony… so not even close… I give him the order back. Finally ANOTHER employee a young black man comes and asks my name and gets my order and I left at 1:28pm. Maybe at least tell me I’ll be with you in a minute and then have your conversation out of view...
