A nightmare trying to contact customer service after I received my order at home, they gave me something that I did not ask for, there were several orders in my online order, and I had already paid and even gave the driver a tip, which is what is done, nobody Neither the store nor the customer service number answered the calls, finally I had to drive to the store located at 3055 South University drive, I asked to speak with the manager, he never showed up and while the workers attended to my claim, I finally asked for the manager and she showed up with an attitude of not knowing how to handle the situation, it was more of an annoyance to have to solve it, finally she gave us our orders and when we asked her not to put so much ice in my lemonade we could see her gesture of annoyance, without taking into account I told him that I had to drive to the store to return a wrong order, something I paid for and didn't receive, for a moment I thought maybe the manager didn't help me or just wendys they do not train their staff well, do not expect the manager to argue that she had seen that my order had gone out, that her staff had done well and that the driver was the one who had made a mistake, this is not a good response to a client who is disappointed in the service, they should put people trained to manage customer service, not only deliver the product but face the mistakes that may arise with the best disposition, we are clients and if we pay for a service it is because wendys offers it , nothing is free, watch out every business lives off its customers treat them well I'm a fan of Wendys but I left that store super disappointed nothing like this had ever happened to me. FYI when walking into this location an employee was out front smoking with cleaning the windows. We politely said excuse me and she proceeded to smoke and exhale in our face then drop her napkins in the road. While waiting up front to order the employee came inside to take out order. She smelled awful of cigarettes and did NOT WASH HER HANDS. She took our order and I felt gross. Yeah this is fast food but doing it in front of us? Imagine what else they get away with. I saw the employee touch our food. I told the manager that she did not wash her hands and was smoking out front and I don’t want to smell that nor have her touch my food. The manager asked the employee if she was smoking and she said yeah so what? The manager said I didn’t want her touching our food since she didn’t wash her hand with smoke/chemicals on it. The employee looked the manger and said so what? As if I wasn’t there and said why would I wash my hands? As she walked to the sink more customers came in and she took their order without washing.
